Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I am thrilled to have a place like Jeremiahs. Years ago, we had Dairy Dream at Herron Circle had the best ice cream! They sold out to build a QT. Jeremiahs ice cream is AWESOME and is right up there with DD! It's also great having a Jeremiah at our new baseball field. This is where I first discovered them. I visited the Duncan location again today. I met the nicest young man. His name was Cayleb. He was so helpful in telling me about all the many choices. Hopefully the next time I visit the Duncan location, he'll be there. He certainly has a great personality and he's an asset to Jeremiahs. Dianne Glover

Tried to redeem my free small menu item which says you can get any thing on n the menu in small and would only let me get Italian ice

Waited at least 5 minutes at front cashier before anyone came to take an order, then when 2 females came out , no greetings and unclean countertops. Second time patronizing this location with “not so friendly” customer service. Will not go back! Need customer service training!!!

I hate going to places and not getting greeted. We walked in, 3 young ladies were at counter and not one greeted , simply stared at us. First time there with no help whatsoever.

This place hits the spot every single time! My fiancé and I just bought a house in the area and we come here more than I want to admit, haha. My fav is the Oreo Mud Pie. Their soft serve is so good! Their pumpkin spice ice is incredible too. ?
