After being extremely disappointed with the service at the location on John B white my son was craving a cheesesteaks didn’t want to disappoint him, so I drove all the way to Jersey Mike’s in Duncan. The young lady on the counter was very polite and was apologizing for the horrible experience I had at the other location. Wow. What a difference. Food was ready on time. I’m sure my son will enjoy it. Nothing for me was not hungry anymore lol.

It’s a sandwich shop you get just that . Nothing to write home about !!!! Just found it ridiculously expensive for a cheese steak sandwich!!!! Shame on me I make the same sandwich at home ten times better and save me a couple bucks.!!!

Went through the drive window and a guy came said we are working on it it will be a moment and then a lady with curly red hair came to the window and rudely said you need to come back in 5-6min and no one was behind me.

Did online order put no onions on order get all the way home sandwich covered in onions I call they offer me money back I accepted. Then they call me back with an attitude Saying my order was with onions and says they gave me my money back either way. If that was the manager he should be fired if not who ever it was need to be fired or showed ho to give better customer service. I’ll
never order from any of these anymore. To think this was only place I got subs from. Way to go clearly doesn’t show I wanted onions.

The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to which made the experience so much better and not awkward!! the cook I think he said his name was Jaiden he did exceptionally well on the grill had a great personality and made a beautiful sandwich just the way I wanted!! The ladies in the front were so kind and helpful! My only complaint isn’t with them or the food, it’s the PAY SYSTEM!! I wanted to leave them a tip and quickly realized THANKFULLY that I was actually prompted to make a donation FIRST and nearly donated their tip!!! I feel like that’s totally unfair to the staff and to the customers! Something should definitely change with that. Let’s ask to compensate our hard working employees BEFORE we are asking to donate to some fund that we really don’t know where our money is going. Pay our staff, first, always! They certainly deserved it!!!

We have been going here for a couple of years. Today, was exceptional! It's always good, reliably good. Im not sure what magic the chef did to our subs, but they were so delicious!

Stood in line for a total of 40 minutes to get a sub. They apparently were short staffed. Not good for a busy weekday during peak lunch hours. Asked for provolone cheese on my sub and ended up getting no cheese at all making for a very dry sandwich. This is not the first time I have been delayed at this location during my lunch hour. That is the last time I will go in there during lunch.

The service was prompt. The employees were scrubbing down the place so it is clean and maintained. I went in on a Sunday afternoon so the Atmosphere was quiet.
