After being extremely disappointed with the service at the location on John B white my son was craving a cheesesteaks didn’t want to disappoint him, so I drove all the way to Jersey Mike’s in Duncan. The young lady on the counter was very polite and was apologizing for the horrible experience I had at the other location. Wow. What a difference. Food was ready on time. I’m sure my son will enjoy it. Nothing for me was not hungry anymore lol.

The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to which made the experience so much better and not awkward!! the cook I think he said his name was Jaiden he did exceptionally well on the grill had a great personality and made a beautiful sandwich just the way I wanted!! The ladies in the front were so kind and helpful! My only complaint isn’t with them or the food, it’s the PAY SYSTEM!! I wanted to leave them a tip and quickly realized THANKFULLY that I was actually prompted...

We have been going here for a couple of years. Today, was exceptional! It's always good, reliably good. Im not sure what magic the chef did to our subs, but they were so delicious!
