Not much meat on my sandwich. Lemonade was awful.

This location needs to change its motto to "Freaky Frustrating" - without embellishment or hyperbole, I am convinced that this is literally the worst Jimmy Johns location in the United States - and it has been this way since it opened (2+ years now).

My family and I really like JJs, but this location has convinced us to stop consuming JJs altogether. This store is not "freaky fast" but rather "freaking slow" (both at making sandwiches and at the drive thru window). Nine times out of ten our order comes out wrong - sometimes even missing an entire sandwich. (I am actually embarrassed to admit we have patronized this shop long enough to know a statistic like that - but we will not be spending another penny here, short of someone in upper management compensating us for the disaster of awful we've experienced.) Speaking of which, here are just a few examples of a typical attempt to purchase from this location:

1. Service was lackluster (rude, apathetic, or flippant employees who don't understand the phrase 'customer service') And the staff is constantly changing, not that the changes mean improvements of any kind.

Recently my husband got a sub there that was 1'' shorter than the menu says it should be (it was so small we actually measured!). He was so shocked he looked up the actual sub specifications on the JJs website, and seeing it was so disproportionately small, he took the sub back to get a refund. After explaining the situation, the teenager at the counter just took the sub back and shrugged. No attempt to make a new one, no apology, not even an attempt to keep our business.

Today we went through the drive thru and I ordered an East Coast Italian and asked that they not skimp on anything (based on our last experience.) Order was placed and I pulled around...and then waited a solid 2 minutes before anyone appeared at the window.

When the deer-in-headlights employee arrived, he asked if I was a rewards member and I had to repeat my number for him four - I kid you not - FOUR times. After he finally entered in the number correctly, we waited about 30 seconds for him to tell me that the computer was having issues accepting our number. No problem I say, forget the rewards (There are never any decent rewards anyway - this isn't the Firehouse across the street - the rewards here are useless at best.)

So we hand our credit card over, but apparently there were more computer issues, because the cashier calls his boss over. We waited nearly 5 MORE minutes and then finally asked for our card back because this was far from "Freaky Fast".

The boss finally appears, and starts to check the computer and it is obviously going nowhere, so *again* we asked for our card back. (I'm thinking - you could at least apologize for the inconvenience - offer a free cookie, whatever, but no, instead the boss very rudely hands the card back (after our second request for it) and simply says, "Okay. Thanks"

No apology for the wait, no apology for the slow service, the computer delay, no offer to make things right - nothing.

Do they not realize that people who make $14 an hour are using a full HOUR of their lives to purchase this food from them? Let me ask you, is it really worth it?

Trust me, if you're feeling like a Jimmy Johns sandwich, do yourself a favor and just drive to another location - your time and money are worth more than this place can offer, and to be honest, you'll save your sanity, too.

This is the second time I have went to this place and ordered a tuna sandwich and barley got tuna on it. The last time I complained about it, they made it right. They gave me extra on the sandwich when I came back and some in a container. I will not spend another dime at this place if business. I’ve been a loyal customer but I can’t with this. I paid $8.81 total for this. The last time was worst than this nor they can have the entire business. I WILL NOT BE BACK ‼️ If you think I will ask the others on my list of NOT GOING BACK. Jimmy John’s Duncan, SC that was your last chance.

Sandwiches are always delicious, made super quick, and the service is great. This is a solid JJ location.

Vegetarian options: They have a couple subs with only veggies on them.

Parking: Plenty of parking for all the nearby businesses. Can get crowded at lunch time but I've never not found a spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots right in front

Ate a unwich that had 1 slice of roast beef on it for 9.00 a unwich seems like a pretty good scam ...I could have made multiple sandwiches for what I payed for ...need quality control that's for sure ...

Owners note that the black JJ letters dye leaks from the wrap paper into the unwhiches (the lettuce wraps) (specifically into the lettuce), which can become toxic with continued exposure. People don't want to eat dye, especially because microplastic toxicity is becoming more common through food and fast food containers, so please change your wrapping paper and spare your custoners potential cancer and disease.Thank you.

Ordered 2 combos and an extra bag of chips through the app for drive through pickup. When I picked it up, I asked the employee if there were 3 bags of chips in there. He said I only ordered and paid for 2. When I got home, my receipt said I ordered and paid for 3. Basically got cheated and item I paid for. When I called for a refund, I was told he was only the shift lead and to call back the next day by for a refund when a manager is available. I just called and spoke to the manager and all they could do was give me credit for a bag of chips on my next visit. But I don't plan on going back. So now I'm out the money and the item.

.99 cent to add cheese is crazy. Love the subs but new people could also use “in training” badges.

I should've listened to the other reviews. This location will not make your sandwich the way you ask. Not only that, the sandwiches are thrown together. Making a sandwich is not hard, but I guess finding quality employees who actually want to do their job is. They need better management & employees. This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns I've been to.

I’ve been to this location many times and I have noticed there never seems to be an adult working there only young adult/teenage guys running the place. Tonight I took my family there and paid $34 for 3 meals. I specifically stated that my daughter wanted mayo on her sandwich as she is a picky eater. I repeated it twice to make sure they got it right. When she got her sandwich it did not have mayo and so I told one of the guys and his response was I can’t touch the sandwich now that you have opened it so I will just give you some packets of mayo. I told him that they should discard the sandwich and make her another one but I was ok with the packets. He then proceeds to tell me that it was ordered without mayo as to match wits with me. Sorry son but now I got to put you in your place so I proceeded to briefly do that before my wife stops me. If this was Jersey Mike’s they would have said Im sorry sir let me fix that, discarded the sandwich and made another one. Jimmy John’s should know better. Please educate your staff. Regards.
