Absolutely will never recommend eating at KFC Duncan SC.
ordered online 2 breasts and wing combo with BISCUIT. Picked up order in store got to car and there are 2 VERY dried out and old original breasts(couldn't eat none of yhe chicken) no wing(leg instead).NO BISCUIT (replaced with seeded cold hard slider bun)
Chatted online only with a shoddy resolution of$5 and 500 loyalty points,to which I declined cause why the HECK would I eat there again🤬

We have been coming to KFC for years and lately you’re not paying attention to what a customer orders. The last 3 times we were there when we got home we didn’t have what we ordered. Think we’re about done trying. Tonight I ordered two 3 piece wing dinners and instead of mashed potatoes and slaw we got cheese macaroni and French fries. Sort of a d*** error.
