Unprofessional management, rude staff, extremely long wait (15+ min) on online order when it was not busy

Went through the drive thru at rush hour, mind you, but shouldn't have to wait 15 20 minutes for my order. Service was polite and sympathetic, which I'll give a little credit. Now, getting food back home, found out the 8 piece chicken didn't have breasts or wings. Just 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. Was not told anything. Besides that, everything else was correct and even still hot. Good meal but missed out on some breasts. Better coordination and attention to detail and this place will be up there higher ranked.

I visited my local KFC in Duncan, South Carolina today, December 27th, the manager was rude.

I would give this place 0 if I could. I ordered through door dash and it was over $31. Never got my food. Called and tried to tell what happened and he hung up on me!!
They reviewed my case and said the food was delivered.
No it wasn't delivered at my house. I looked at the front and side door.
My husband and I are disabled and can't just throw money away
I won't be buying KFC again!!!
I have ordered from other restaurants and always got my food.
KFC I will be letting everyone I know not to buy your food!
You don't care about your customers at all!!! Shut this place down!! 😡 😡😡
Bojangles is better anyway. They have always given me my food.
Let's all go to Bojangles!!! ☺️❤️

I went at 8:30pm to get wing's I asked for them to be freshly cooked the cashier said they couldn't because they had closed the cooker but the store closes around 10pm.

Ordered food on DoorDash. Driver sat there for 45+ minutes because they had to cook chicken? My driver said there was only four people there. This place needs new management in a heart beat.

Stood in line while the staff waited on vehicles in the drive thru that came in after we did!
Staff just ignored the customers in the lobby.
If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I definitely would!

Rude staff. Don’t know the words thank you . They are miserable and they let it show. I won’t be back. Bojangles across the road has better staff and food. The state of this store is a direct reflection of management because these reviews have been going on for years and nothing has changed. No way they don’t know. They choose to turn a blind eye and in the end this store won’t make it. Ghost town now anyhow.

The store seemed poorly staffed. There were multiple people in the dining room waiting for food. Two people cancelled rather than wait any longer. No apologies were offered. The pace of the workers was slow and lacked urgency or courtesy. I was told it would be 30 minutes if I wanted chicken tenders. The staff seemed angry that I was willing to wait, and that I only asked for my fries to be fresh with my chicken. I got dirty looks from a female drive through worker. Customers in the dining room were complaining and commiserating. I heard one of the workers state they were out of everything. I visibly saw one drive through worker, one counter worker and two kitchen workers. I understand that shortages happen. The attitude could have been better.
