The service was excellent. The place was super clean. And the food was fresh and tasty. Thank you very much Chadrick, an excellent person. I recommend him. He was fast, friendly and attentive.

The combos, prices and information in the publications are not the same when you pay, you buy a bucket of 8 pieces according to their value, 10 dollars in the end they charge you much more

I have gone to KFC three times in the past month, having newly moved to the area. My orders were to-go and all three times they left out parts of my order, once they left out a biscuit, once it was slaw and today it was 4 apple poppers - only to realize it when we got home. We went back and they made us drive to the front and wait 20 minutes to get these left out items. They have one lady at the window taking orders and then she goes and fills the order and brings it back, causing a big back- up in traffic. There is absolutely no order at that store - workers stand around while one lady does everything. I will never go back - there’s too many great chicken places across the street and down the road. how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken. choose a different store. they care more about talking and not working. as opposed to helping the customer. they must pay really well because I've never seen as much jewelry as they wear handling food!

Would rate 0 if I could. Placed my order online after fighting with the app for 30 mins (should have known then), drive to the location, door is locked. Okay. App says to go through drive thru, so I get back in my car. Drive thru. No one says anything. Told my husband they were probably just short on workers, (Im in the industry and completely understand short staffing/scheduling issues) and as I say that, the lady on the speaker asks me "What can I do for you?" Tell her I need to pick up an online order. She tells me I have to park and come in through the door on the OTHER SIDE of the building. Okay FINE. I park. Go in. I'm just standing there, waiting, because I notice my food is not up yet, no big deal. I'm a couple minutes early. Then the woman proceeds to say, "Is something wrong?" And I reply "No ma'am I'm just waiting on my order." She then STORMS over to the pick up area and asks me if I READ THE STICKERS, because the names are on them. "Yes I did. Neither of those are my name." She then proceeds to ARGUE with me and tell me I DIDNT read because the two bags were of two different orders with two different names, so I said, "It honestly DOESNT MATTER, neither of those are MY NAME." Her reply was, "Then it ain't ready yet." Well thank you so much for that. I appreciate your English reading lesson. Then absolutely begins to ignore me to speak to the people behind me who WERE the actual owners of the bags. Honestly, I don't even know why she felt the need to speak to someone in the tone that she did, or even me at that point in general after I already told her I was waiting, but if I had any hand in that business, she wouldn't have a job. The boy who ACTUALLY gave me my food was very sweet, and I did thank him, but if you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB maybe it's time to find a more isolated job position as you clearly cannot stand working with the public. No wonder the ratings for this location have plummeted. Management should really look into what's happening over there...

Never order delivery from this location. The last 3 times in a row, including twice in ONE NIGHT, they've left items out of my order. The first time, they left out an entire combo meal. The second time, which was this evening, they left out 3 drumsticks and 1 small coleslaw. I got a refund from doordash and recordered the missing items. When it was delivered, I was angry to see that they still managed to leave out 2 of the 3 drumsticks. HOW HARD IS IT TO COUNT TO 3 GUYS?! Either the employees don't care or they are too stupid or both. Checking the reviews on doordash and it's all more of the same, tons of orders with missing items. I've worked fast food, it's not easy but it's NOT THIS HARD. Never again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready at 5:02. The status was changed to complete at 5:05. I went inside to get my order, and had to wait a while as no one was visible. A woman eventually came up and I gave my order information. She said it's not ready and it will be 16 minutes. I said "16 minutes??" And she said yes. I went out and waited in my car. At 5:25, I went back inside and asked again for my order. It took a while, but a young man eventually came back to me and said it would be 10 minutes. I said "I can't keep waiting for an order that keeps getting delayed. Please cancel it." He said "I can't cancel it. You have to cancel it online." I looked online and there was no way to cancel it. I called the number 1-800-CALL-KFC and spent TWENTY TWO MINUTES of my life talking to people who barely speak English to be told that "once the restaurant accepts your order, you can't cancel it." I said "so they immediately accept it when you place an online order, you understand that right? So you could have told me 20 minutes ago that you can't cancel my order?" And the man apologized. They REFUSED to refund me. So I'm out $20 and 45 minutes of my life. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I will NEVER go to a KFC again.

Went there yesterday after got off work ate few bites hour later I was throwing up and bowling at the same time I still sick lying in my bed please keep y’all grease changed for your fries I still may go to hospital if I don’t get any better

The girl at the drive through. Rude isn't even a word for the girl. She didn't have a name tag, but apparently doesn't need one, she clearly doesn't like her job, couldn't get half of the order correct, no receipt, and then coming back around because it was wrong, argued with me about a meal missing items, when they where missing. Top it off get to eat my meal with my fingers no spoon given, absolutely the worst experience. Will not ever use this location again. Would recommend hiring people that like customer service, or to train them to fake it till you make it. Did call corporate will follow up with them.
