The employees are rude tried to say they couldn't find our order then tried to keep our money and refused to give us our money back
I wish they actually had something ready besides pepperoni. Usually the pizza is pretty good this time it was pretty dry.

This is the ducan location I called in my order the employee was very rude as I was trying to order she kept asking was that all.

I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 8:49 PM. Then received a text saying my order would be delivered through DoorDash at 9:21 PM. According to the Little Caesars app, the Door Dasher arrived to pick up the order at 9:07 PM but didn’t leave with the pizza. I called the door dasher and didn’t get an answer, so I called the Little Caesar’s to see if we could pick the pizzas up. I was on hold for a while, so I just sent my kids to pick the pizza up. They arrived around 9:55pm and were told that it was too late to get the pizza made; they could pick up the order tomorrow or receive a refund. They requested a refund.
What doesn’t add up is that if the order was not picked up from the Door Dasher and made already, why couldn’t they pick the pizza up? When I spoke to the worker and manager I only received the runaround. First, a worker said they never received the order and they do not deliver, which they do through DoorDash. Then the manager claimed the Door Dasher must have taken it for themselves but how could they take a pizza that hasn’t been made?
Throughout the call, the staff was confused, claiming that I was interrupting them, but they were not listening to me explain the situation. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or help solve the issue.
Bottom line: I never received the pizza for my kids, wasted over an hour of my time, and had a very frustrating experience. I was refunded, but this was a huge inconvenience and extremely poor customer service.

This was, hands down, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I placed my order online, expecting a quick and easy pickup. After waiting, my son and I drove to Little Caesars. I walked in, only to be completely ignored. Two employees — young women — were chatting at a counter in the back. I stood there waiting, clearly visible. One of them, a blonde, walked right by me. I opened my mouth to speak, and instead of a greeting or even a nod, she held her finger up at me like I was an inconvenience. Then she walked off to serve the drive-thru — still not saying a single word to me.
The other girl with brown hair walked over to the oven, looked in my direction, and then blatantly ignored me too. No acknowledgment. No “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. Just silence, like I didn’t exist.
Frustrated, I went back to my car to wait. As I did, the brown-haired girl walked to the front and locked the door behind me — without saying a word. They even locked out another customer who had just placed an order. That customer went to the drive-thru and got their food. I tried knocking on the door, then the drive-thru window — back and forth — trying to get someone’s attention. They completely ignored me like I was nothing.
Eventually, I gave up and drove around to the drive-thru. The blonde finally came to the window. I explained how unacceptable this all was — I had already paid for my pizza, that’s why I came inside. I told them my name, described the pizza, even showed the receipt. And still, they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about.
The only reason I didn’t cancel my order and leave was because my 6-year-old son was hungry and he loves Little Caesars. But after that experience? I’m done. If this is how paying customers are treated, I won’t ever be back.

DANIEL WAS OUTSTANDING AT THIS LOCATION. Such WONDERFUL customer service skills. I felt very comfortable and respected while picking up my order. Great personality! This man deserve a raise

The price is good but they only put the toppings on the center of the pizza. The half of the pizza at the out side have no toppings on it.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Little Caesars ! The service was fast, the food was hot and fresh, and everything was super smooth all thanks to one of the best of the best employees i’ve ever interacted with. I want to shout out the worker at the window, Imari. she was so friendly, professional, and made the whole experience one I’ll never forget. You can tell she really cares about her job and values her customers. Definitely coming back, and I hope I get to see Imari at the window again. She’s one of a kind!
Shut it down! The lack of customer service is disgusting. The young girl taking orders was very polite. However , the other staff were rude and unprofessional. My partner placed an order for an Italian cheese bread and after waiting for an hour, it still wasn’t ready. That girl Mari needs to be fired. She is rude, nonchalant, and acts like she can’t hear( maybe bc she has headphones on) and-on her phone. What kind of customer service is that?? All the people in the back should all be fired. Nothing is ever ready when she goes there. What’s the point of hot and ready if it’s not ready. Hire responsible and professional people to run that store or shut it down
Crazy puffs are literally 1/3 the size of other Little Ceasars. Comically tiny. Smaller than a quarter. Don't waste your money.
