Awful. I came at 8pm they close at 10pm.. I asked for a hot and ready pizza. Any kind they had. She asked some young guy in the back a question and she came back and said “we only have wings ready that’s all we are serving tonight”. It’s two hours until closing. Why no pizza at a PIZZA place. This is the 3rd time it’s happened at this location. What’s happening is it’s teenage high school employees who aren’t being supervised and they are making up their own rules and just simply not making pizza so they don’t have to work as hard for several hours. Awful experience.s

I dare the owner to place an order around 7pm. Go through the drive-through and post an honest review. Or even just visit your store unannounced, around that time.TLDR: do not order anything from here after 7. You do not want to have to find out the hard way how valuable this advice is.I placed an order online. When I got there, I saw people waiting in their cars, which was strange (there's really nothing else there). There were 4 cars in line ahead of me. All 4 left the window without their pizza and had to go park.When I got to the window, I was told 'its not ready". Literally nothing else. I had to break the awkward silence by saying I'd go park and wait (no idea how long). One by one, I saw all the people waiting in their cars getting back in line.Inside, I saw an employee standing there talking to guys who came to visit. Which.. whatever, we've all been teenagers. But then, another employee comes up to her and shows her a pizza. They both laugh, she closes the box and puts it on the rack next to the drive-through window.I finally got back in line, paid for/got my pizza and left. When I got home and opened the box, all of the sausage and most of the cheese was charred black. I checked the ticket and it was actually ready 5 minutes BEFORE I originally went to the window and was told it wasn't. I tried to call. Got no answer. I went back, parked, went to the door and it was locked at 8:50. Nobody was behind the counter. So.. I went back to the drive-through.. again.. and sat there. And sat there. And sat there. A line formed behind me.Finally, someone came to the window. I told her it's burned and I just want a refund. (I'm still patient. I don't yell or act rude. All I wanted was a refund). She didn't open the box. She took the pizza and disappeared into the kitchen, which erupted into laughter.My pizza was the one they were laughing about earlier. It was burned, they knew it, and they gave it to me anyway.

Ordered pizza online. And picked up literally cold pizza. Would not have been so bad if they would not had made me wait for five minutes so the could take it out of the oven.

Pretzel pizza-(hot & ready), was FANTASTIC!!! The location was super busy-(dinner rush), BUT the ladies running the front & drive-thru, we're not to friendly & barely spoke at all. Other than that, this was a good trip!

When you go to a drive thru you expect your food at the window not to be given a buzzer and told to go back through the line when it goes off

Went by tonight at 7:40. The drive thru was 7 cars long so went inside. Was told it would be at least 20 mins before any pizza was ready. They had no hot-n-ready. All the employees were just hanging out standing there. One was even on her phone texting. This is not the first time we've had this issue. We live close by so this is an easy dinner night for us. But after going so many times and them being out of things and the employees just not caring. I don't think we will be back.

The pizza is never ready when promised. Today I ordered online - placing the order at 6:31pm. On my way there from work, I was surprised to receive notification that my pizza was ready (at 6:49). When I got to the drive thru (at 6:55), I was told that my pizza was NOT ready, and it would take another 7 minutes. I parked and walked into the store to wait. After waiting for over 20 minutes in the store, I asked about my order. Everybody behind the counter looked confused. They finally realized that the person who had just finished making the pizza only about a minute prior had placed the pizza inside the warmer (which is not where orders are typically placed). The front girl eventually checked and found my pizza. I walked out at 7:26 ‐ almost 1 hour after ordering. This is not the first time this has happened. There won't be another time. Not going back.Absolutely ridiculous!

This location is so bad lately. The food is gross, and the employees are so moody and rude. The girl at the window forgot my sauces and walked off, and when she came back, she slammed the window open and asked me in an aggravated tone, "What you need?" I was polite to her the whole time, so I don't know what her problem was, but she really needs to leave her mess at home when she comes to work a public job or maybe get a new one if this one is too much for her to handle. In any case, I'm really sick of their mess, and I'm sick of nasty food, so I'll just drive to another location. They can't be bothered to make things the way they are ordered. They are so dang lazy they can't even cut the pizzas, put toppings all over the pizza, and not just on a few pieces. It's just absolutely ridiculous!

This store needs to be looked at. Today I went by to get a pizza a normal pepperoni or cheese. I was told it be 15 min wait on the pepperoni and they want have no cheese pizza until 4pm. This is not the first time I had this happen before. Also a few months ago the few times I have gotten a hot and ready pizza it was old and didn’t taste right. The employees are rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there at all. Something really needs to be done about this location.

Placed an online order to pickup from the pizza portal. When we arrived someone else had taken our order. The store offered to redo our order, but it took nearly an hour. Appreciate that they threw in an extra pizza for the inconvenience. Pizza was okay.

Pizza was awfully burnt and the lady (or guy idk it could be either) at the window had a huge attitude when we asked for a cheese pizza and made us settle for pepperoni. DNR

i would give 0 stars if i could. the black girl at the window was ridiculous. didn't acknowledge us and opened the window and kept talking to other employees. this is the sauce cup she gave us for TWO pizza boxes. we had to go back through the drive thru and ask for another one that's full and she gave us the nastiest look. again didn't say a word and didn't acknowledge our presence. i wish i knew her name. she had blonde and black dreads and a nasty attitude to go with it.

I agree with other reviews. Customer service is terrible. First you will be lied to then you will be glared at. No one there is held accountable for their behavior towards customers.
