Ordered online for pickup, I went through the drive thru. When I arrived they were just pulling my order from the oven. Returned home to a hot and delicious XL mushroom & Italian sausage pizza. Was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of toppings and cheese. I normally get the thin crust, but they don't make them for XLG . But there thin crust is the best in town.

Be careful about placing your order online. Consider just paying at the store if you must do so. Today I placed an online order and realized 2 minutes after placing it that the pepperoni pizza would have Carolina reaper sauce. I suppose the pizza isn't that fresh, because I called immediately and they claimed there could be no adjustment as it was already placed in the oven. How could a fresh Fiery Old World style large pizza be in the oven 120 seconds after an online order is placed? They would not adjust and the young female store worker did not budge to help us at all. When I asked if there was something we could do, she immediately put me on hold and didn’t even acknowledge my question. Not sure I would return based on not just an inability to edit the order, but the way the concern was handled. It tasted pre-prepared.

Pizza has a great taste, fresh and hot, but on the greasy side
I’ve ordered here a few times and it was ok but every time I come in to get my food there’s always teenagers working in the back; and I always see the owner in the front not doing anything. I just feel bad for the kids because they are working hard and the amount they do is not enough for what they get paid. The owner should be in the back working instead of being on his phone in the front. The cuts on my pizza are always great and the food is alright. I just think the owner should get in the back and help.

I ordered a Large Pepperoni Magnifico with white sauce, Onions and Tomatoes and a Pepperoni cheese Bread. I usually check and see to make sure I got the correct Pizza but we were in a rush and went home. I got a large Onion and Tomato with white sauce and the pepperoni was missing and my Pepperoni cheese bread was a small pepperoni pizza . I called and complained and they offered to make me a new one. I had to drive back to Duncan , 20 minutes to get there . I was greeted by a bunch of kids . They pizza was terrible. Barely any toppings. Tasted really greasy.You need to hire better employees that care about there job. This was the last time for me and yes I already filled out a Feedback Survey and I don’t know why because this is not the first time I filled one out. I been complaining many times before and never heard anything back so this is it.Keep ignoring these complaints eventually you gonna go out of Business .

Just moved to Duncan in February and tried Marcos our first week here. The first time was incredible and they got here incredibly fast! The pizza was still sooo hot and it was delicious. The second time was tonight and they got here fast but unfortunately my specialty pizza had onions all over it and I’m 9 months pregnant and HATE onions. I called to let them know and their customer service was so sweet and genuine. Not only did they re make my pizza for me they made it a large AND BROUGHT it back out to me in a timely manner!!! Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by their customer service and response time! My remade pizza is everything I had hoped it would be and I couldn’t be more happy! Thanks so much Marcos!! Keep killing it!!!! Sincerely-extremely satisfied customer!!!
