I ordered a Large Pepperoni Magnifico with white sauce, Onions and Tomatoes and a Pepperoni cheese Bread. I usually check and see to make sure I got the correct Pizza but we were in a rush and went home. I got a large Onion and Tomato with white sauce and the pepperoni was missing and my Pepperoni cheese bread was a small pepperoni pizza . I called and complained and they offered to make me a new one. I had to drive back to Duncan , 20 minutes to get there . I was greeted by a bunch of kids . They pizza was terrible. Barely any toppings. Tasted really greasy.You need to hire better employees that care about there job. This was the last time for me and yes I already filled out a Feedback Survey and I don’t know why because this is not the first time I filled one out. I been complaining many times before and never heard anything back so this is it.Keep ignoring these complaints eventually you gonna go out of Business .

Just moved to Duncan in February and tried Marcos our first week here. The first time was incredible and they got here incredibly fast! The pizza was still sooo hot and it was delicious. The second time was tonight and they got here fast but unfortunately my specialty pizza had onions all over it and I’m 9 months pregnant and HATE onions. I called to let them know and their customer service was so sweet and genuine. Not only did they re make my pizza for me they made it a large AND BROUGHT it back out to me in a timely manner!!! Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by their customer service and response time! My remade pizza is everything I had hoped it would be and I couldn’t be more happy! Thanks so much Marcos!! Keep killing it!!!! Sincerely-extremely satisfied customer!!!

Have not been to this location after horrible service and the worst pizza I have ever had 4 years ago. Had pizza from a different Marcos location recently and it was good. Thought I would give them another try. 4 years has not changed a thing. Pizza and breadsticks were burned and not eatable. This is just how pitiful this location is. Give a customer pizza and breadsticks that uneatable Typical service you get here they could care less. Don’t waste your money or time this is the worst pizza in update. Service is just as bad

12-6-24 order...Short-staffed for delivery...hands off order to door dash....my order was delivered to wrong address, picked back up & delivered late & now cold......not to mention someone else had touched the food. Called to complain & was given sob story about not having enough staff.... 12-20-24 order....same issue....received email order on the way, 25 minutes later get door dash text that my order would be another 40 mins before delivery...called to complain, same story about no delivery staff...no offers of a credit to acct, refund or anything... We order from them at least once a month....too bad they don't value our business... Just lost a customer who is gonna tell her friends also... Do better Marcos...

They let a girl called Makenzie walk around with the other young ladies that are high schoolers in there in daisy duke's and the kids that work there are rude they over charge for pizza that is nowhere near as good as pizza hut every time the 2 head people the woman and man are in there they stare and me and my biracial children like we are trash it's insane would not recommend to anyone at all

Ordered two medium pizzas for carryout and was shocked when I got home at how small the pizzas are. Not to mention the two inch crust, lack of toppings and the fact that my pizza looks like it was cut by a child. Marcos used to be great but if this is the new standard, then we will not be back. The employee working was also talking on her phone the whole time I waited.

Never had Marcos before. I give it a solid 5. Cheese pizza, boneless Buffalo wings, and a Greek salad. Delivery was fast for a Friday night I’d say. All around a great experience. Thank you

They canceled my order and charged me for it. Not letting me know that I wasn’t going to be getting dinner so I waited for and hour and half so i called and was told they were out of dough and never got any dinner going to bed hungry thank for awful service
Place has a lot to be desired. The place is run by a bunch of kids who have no sense of what ServSafe Certification is. Kyle took a brush to brush the dough off the counter. Then, he proceeded to clean the dough off his shoes (Crocs)... then the icing on the cake was he put the brush BACK on the counter afterward like there's nothing wrong with that. The kid making my pizza was having a whole conversation... talking over my food as he's making it. No gloves on, no hair net, and I didn't see him wash his hands before he made it but was playing with his hair. Way to run your business. I understand keeping labor costs down... but at the cost of making people potentially sick.... that's not right at all, and everybody deserves to know! Oh yeah, I'm ServSafe certified, too, if you were wondering.

Delivery guy was great. Requested the pizza be cut into squares and that didn't happen. Also, I don't know understand how this can be considered "well done".
Everything else seems to be correct, but I've consistently had issues with mistakes like this since the store opened a few years ago. I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore.
