Food looks nothing like the picture, we ordered two salads, one was missing several ingredients and the other one was barely any meat on the Salad

Only a 1 because I have to leave something. I work near by and daily we have been trying to come try a few items and one being a spud. Every day they say they don’t have them after waiting in long lines because there is no signage anywhere. Nice clean place and stays busy so I know it’s good but to not a spuds everyday for a week is a little ridiculous and a sign to maybe prep more.

Went in on lunch break only 1 cashier everybody else was in the back the cashier was with a customer helping her on her phone we stood there 15 minutes no one ever came to assist n the cashier never called anyone to come help with the line that was forming this place is usually great to go and sit for lunch but not today worst experience ever wasted half our break

Food good and fresh. Salads, maybe not always fresh, but most stuff is usually good and fresh. Staff is great. Place is clean and good atmosphere. In and out seating. I've gotten 2 salads with questionable salad mix in them. 🙄 But try it, usually good, i swear. Id love it if they improved chips choices, not kettle chips, just carry regular or BBQ. All But 2 types are kettle chips. 😞 and soups. There used to be a great potato soup, now its hit or miss. 3 misses in a row for us. We love yall, but its getting dicey.

Top notch quality food. I ordered 2 halves, a pastrami sandwich & chef's salad. Both were very good. I'm glad they opened a restaurant closer to where I live. I'll definitely be coming back. I haven't met a sandwich here that I didn't like.

We received okay sandwiches as usual, however the issue came when my husband started eating his cheesecake slice and noticing white mold growing on it - explaining the off taste he mentioned. Unfortunately our children also had a few bites. I absolutely try not to place bad ratings whatsoever, but mold can make customers sick. I just ask that the location checks their storage of their food before serving to customers in the future.

I went to lunch and was immediately greeted with the friendliest employee. It made a difference in our meal. The young lady was very helpful and described newly added menu items. The veggie spud and chili tasted yummy but the way in which we were served helped us decide to return soon.

Why is it so difficult to get butter and sour cream with a baked potato? Despite selecting the options, my order consistently arrives without them. To make matters worse, no one ever answers the phone when I try to call. It's incredibly frustrating.

This shouldn't be a complicated request—asking for butter and sour cream with a potato is like asking for ketchup with fries, syrup with pancakes, or BBQ sauce with chicken nuggets. It’s a standard pairing and should be included by default or at least reliably provided when requested.

Can someone from McAlister’s please clarify the process for ensuring these basic condiments are included? I just want to enjoy my potato the way it’s meant to be served.
