These teenagers that they got working here need to stop playing around and get to work or get out this workplace cause this was a ridiculous experience that took 45 minutes to get food while all the workers, except one lady, was fiddly farting around with the customers waiting for food

I normally don’t have an issue with this place. The breakfast staff is good. Kind and polite. Now tonight 12/05/2024 at 1759 I went through the drive through and this employee was so rude to me. She cut me off when I was ordering, was short with me, I had to repeat myself all while she is interrupting and rushing. I got around to the front to pay and she was on her phone for about a min when she finally opened the window. I gave her a greeting as I normally do.. She said nothing to me and took my card. When she handed it back to me I told her to have a good night and she rolled her eyes and shut the window without saying anything. I am always nice and respectful and this employee will keep me from coming back. I’ll drive a few miles down the road to go to the other site.

I’ll never eat at the McDonald’s in Duncan, SC—the one across from Hardee’s. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, there was a young lady holding a cat in her hand. It’s very unsanitary, and I didn’t even want the food after that. I told her to just keep it.

Takes forever to deliver curbside. So just go through the line. It will probably be shorter even if the line wrapped around the building. Literally forgot to put my daughter’s chicken nuggets in her HAPPY MEAL!! How did you forget the most important thing

There's no sense in it feeling like 40° inside anywhere. Besides being severely uncomfortable, your food gets icy in a moment. It's supposed to be warm in a kitchen. But they crank up the ac to cool themselves. Which makes the dining room absolutely frigid.

It provides an abundant amount of parking spaces, ensuring that visitors and staff can find parking with ease, even during peak times.
