Took about 20 minutes to get food and when I try to ask how much longer on my order the cashier just said " I don't know " very rude, didn't even offer to check or anything just walked away.

What can you say? It's McDonald's. The service is getting slower. They spend most of their energy on the drive-in. Hardly anyone is ever at the register. They want you to order at the kiosk. Seriously. You can't get it right when I tell you in person. How are you going to handle having to read it off a screen? Most fast food is like this today. People are just lazy. They want everything delivered.

I came at night, but they ask me for cash, nowadays it is rare to pay in cash, it is convenient for most people to pay with a card, and if you order by car, they accept the order with a card. It is obvious that they do not want to work at zero service. They need to explain things to the workers.
Yes, this McDs is a bit slower, but I would travel to this one bc @least they don't 4get about u like JBW McDs. The food has always been hot & fresh ? The pies & cookies r'nt burnt/ superdry. The staff is super friendly & professional. It's about the only 1 left w/a decent playplace & xtra ? 4 that 2 b nside. So w8n a lil longer 4 good quality food=priceless.Parking: When bz especially during lunch 11-3 can b difficult when choosing parking. Dbl drive thru makes very difficult in front.Kid-friendliness: Clean Indoor playplace with a bathroom.

Due to the way a cashier named Aung or Ang whatever the hateful girls name is , talked to my sister , huffing and puffing and arguing , I would have wanted to be able to rate this place a zero . Thankfully the manager did come correct the issue and the food was decent . Really it's not cool to have bratty smart mouths working the window . The little girl was trying to say they did not carry the items clearly printed on the receipt , she acted like we was trying to steal or some thing , seriously I've never heard of shop lifting through a drive , grow up and get real ,.
Worst Big Mac I've ever had in my life. Bun was hard and stale. Rest of the burger tasted normal. Ended up throwing away half of a sandwich. Won't be back to this

I don't expect a lot from McDonald's, but this is ridiculous.One of the three drinks ordered has soda all over it, so we asked for napkins. They were out of napkins, which could have easily been solved by running over to any of the five gas stations nearby and just grabbing them. Then, when we asked if they had a rag (for sanitization, which they're supposed to do), they didn't, and the girl at the drive thru said they never sanitize.We got some nugget meals, so I didn't really think there would be a way to mess that up. However, when we went to eat the nuggets, they were dry and hard and difficult to eat. With the fries, they were dry and hard as well with no slat.
