Waited 40 minutes to watch my food be given to the wrong table from across the restaurant, and then another 10 minutes before someone cared to ask if we ever got our food. We have a table tent for a reason, pay attention please

When we went it was early evening and they were very busy but that was no excuse for the treatment we received. The cashier was very unfriendly but after paying my husband asked for.our cups because every other McDonald's gives you your cup. She looks at us and says do you see a drink machine out there, we were like no but we weren't really paying attention or looking around, she rolls her eyes and real smart we fix it back here, that way people get what they pay for. I understand they were busy and there were a lot of kids running around but that's your job if you don't like it go somewhere else because you gonna have to deal with folks daily.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever attempted. To eat at. I eat at a lot of McDonald’s never this one again. Been there twice. First time totally ignored, no food. Second time waited 15 minutes when I asked to check on order ignored. Insisted on my money back

Employees are very nice nice atmosphere Tho play place can be wild and loud when kids are around came here and the sound hurt my ears really bad there were 6 kids yelling all at once and would not stop if its not as crowded the play palce is amazing theirs tables and the play place and more and its a push door which i like overall 8/10 the food is also good to

I stood in there waiting 10 minutes before someone decided to take my order. I ordered one of their shakes and after my order was given to me I was told that they ran out of the pink whipped cream that comes with the shake instead of telling me before I ordered it. They didnt even mix my shake. Smh

I’m always for second chances. Took a year off from eating here and nopeeeee….still a bunch of smart mouthed teens and the orders are still wrong. And did we run out of ingredient or are all the shakes this empty? Just a big no all around.
