I had a great experience through drive thru. The staff was great and attentive. Only complaint is to many crew on their phones. That's very unprofessional and distract them from their responsibility. It's unfortunate that the managers don't set a standard in these food establishments anymore. It shows that making a dollar is more important than following company policies and it's distracting for the ones that care about doing a good job.

Just went to McDonaldâs for first time in over a year. Quickly reminded why I donât patronize McDonaldâs anymore. After waiting for over ten minutes for our food, the fries were cold the bread on the Big Mac was hard and stale. I guess that is what you can expect from the class of employees they hire.

The absolute worst McDonaldâs ever! Staff are lazy, they poke holes in sauces when they have to bring them out to you. They act like children with no manners and the food is always cold. Get a grip McDonaldâs! Quit just hiring anybody off the streets! Nobody in that building has a damn clue about what theyâre doing.

Hate having to deliver from here. Dining room locked at 930pm when it is suppose to be open til 11pm, then waiting at the drive thru just to tell them what i am picking up. And it is like this every Friday and Saturday night we deliver

This is now the second time I have had an issue ordering using the app and and item missing even though it is listed on the receipt. Order included a quarter pounder with cheese and I got a Big Mac. Chicken nuggets and small coke were the only correct items. Basically theft, how hard it is to review the receipt to confirm all items are in the bag before bringing to curbside?
