I ordered a burger and one of the buns were burned and it looks like the cucumbers were thrown in the burger because they were stacked. It's terrible. Don't want to go there again.

Placed a mobile order for 4 drinks. Had to wait an extremely long time. Has happened multiple occasions. They were very slow and seem to forget about orders while people are waiting at the move up line.

I had a great experience through drive thru. The staff was great and attentive. Only complaint is to many crew on their phones. That's very unprofessional and distract them from their responsibility. It's unfortunate that the managers don't set a standard in these food establishments anymore. It shows that making a dollar is more important than following company policies and it's distracting for the ones that care about doing a good job.

Stood at the counter for several minutes. People in the kitchen look at you but no one comes to take your order. I'm leaving to go eat breakfast at Biscuitville. Better food and a lot better service.

Just went to McDonald’s for first time in over a year. Quickly reminded why I don’t patronize McDonald’s anymore. After waiting for over ten minutes for our food, the fries were cold the bread on the Big Mac was hard and stale. I guess that is what you can expect from the class of employees they hire.
