Everytime I come to McDonald's, they always get the order wrong and there's always 2 people at the window and still get it wrong

I will always love McDonald’s. Usually I order thru the driveway and like always very fast and love the food because it’s good and it’s not expensive.

They were really slow making a cheeseburger. Kids meal came out quickly, but the fries looked old and were cold. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly. Definitely need to work on quickness.

Ordered online, arrived 10 mins. later, order was not ready, waited 20 mins and no order, asked how to cancel the order, they didn’t know or care. Asked where is my order, they pointed at it sitting on the prep area, no one greeted me or wanted to help me. I was being very polite. No one did me the courtesy of trying to address my issue and help. They were also very slow, isn’t this fast food?

My daughter loves going here for the strawberry and creme pies. She says you get more for your buck. They aren't overcooked. I love that fries are always fresh and hot. My young ones love it being the only McDs that still has a playplace. Thanks to all the employees working hard and still able to smile.Kid-friendliness: The play place is still on the inside.
I ordered a delivery, the meat was burnt, the potatoes were totally cold, we didn't have dinner

Ordered curbside which took almost 40 minutes to be brought out and they didn’t even bring out everything. Tried to call in and as usual no one answered so I had to go in to get the rest of my order. I was met by a worker who acted like I was inconveniencing her to be there. Didn’t include the sauces I asked for, two of the drinks were wrong, and the fries had zero salt on them!
They close store at 10,but it says 11. You have to go to drive through.

Went through the drive-thru ordered a double filet- o- fish got home it was single after I had to wait and pull up for the order and the ticket on the order clearly says a double fl called up there four times no answer!!!

Place is awesome I love history tucked away in the mountain pass stands an old haunted bridge maybe you will see more than meets the eye alot of truth and mystery all fun to check

I refuse to go here anymore, I just deal with the kids fussing now. They ALWAYS ask us to pull up. Which is fine if there’s a system in place, but they do not have a system. I’ve been asked to pull up when getting a single happy meal, and then proceed to watch car after car move thru the line as they forget about me for the next 10 minutes. It’s just happened too many times. I’m done being frustrated. This is lunch/dinner problem, never had issues with the breakfast crew. Also, keep your receipt because they might interrogate you if they leave something out, and they’ve also needed my receipt because they lost my whole order when I’ve been waiting while pulled up.
