every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

Apparently an 8 piece family box isn't 2 of each piece ... Hope you like wings and aren't expecting breast for white meat

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload

Order food from them thru doordash and the chicken was burnt, the biscuits was hard as a rock and they left most of my sides out will not be ordering from food from them again.

Carla (the cook) was rude. She talked over me as I was ensuring that the doordash order that I was picking up, had all of the correct drinks. Bad attitude. Bad service. Horrible representation of your company. The energy you embody when handling food MATTERS. Get Better Help ?? 0/0

Things are improving at this location. The reliability is going up, the chicken is seasoned with love and the lemonade is EXCELLENT. I love their chicken biscuits and regular biscuits also

They are always nice and friendly when I go. It's close by the house so they see us often. Yes it's a gas station but their food is great. The customer service is warm and welcoming. They are patient and understanding when my children were with me. The lemonade is phenomenal. The chicken is seasoned. The biscuits are buttery and the food I purchased was great. My food was hot...its never not been hot. And my wedges were fresh! Give it a shot.

Let me save you a trip - it’s gas station chicken. On 12/10/23 at 7pm, I ordered a 3 strip meal to try them out. There was no chicken in the window so I assumed that maybe I would get fresh chicken. Nope! Overcooked and over seasoned dry chicken. Very salty. The biscuit was old and hard. The potatoes and gravy were fine but that was it. The cashier was friendly and smiling. Had the food been even remotely fresh, it ‘might’ have been ok, but honestly, I’ve had much better gas station chicken.
