THIS IS THE WORST SONIC LOCATION EVER. I have never once gotten a complete, correct order from this place. Don't even bother ordering delivery, they regularly won't give your driver half the food. If you're grabbing it yourself CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave because they WILL forget at least one or two things. Zero attention to detail whatsoever. The only consistency you'll ever find here is how they consistently give near zero effort. Management has to be a complete joke

I ordered a medium fruit punch hi-c. After I finished drinking the drink I proceeded to take the lid off to eat some of the ice. When took the lid off, I noticed something dark in the ice and noticed that it was a bug at the top of the ice. I went back to the restaurant to speak with the manager and gave him the cup to look at the bug that was in my cup and he proceeds to say “what bug”?

I’m very ill as I write this so excuse any poor language or punctuation.. every single staff member except the cooks need to be sat down and talked about their crappy attitudes. All of our order was wrong, we didn’t get the food we ordered then we told the guy in the picture below and he basically “forgot” so we pushed the red button and the girl wouldn’t talk then the guy in the picture below come out and he asked what we needed well he went back in and got it then come out in a very argumentative manner but he didn’t say anything out of the way until he walked back in. What kind of man says what they wanna say as they walk away and as the doors closing? Say it out loud say it with your chest! The whole staff along with him had terrible body language also.. management needs to step in as soon as they can or it’s time to shut the doors… I know people can mess up but no not like these guys and girls, order after order they kept messing up…

How do you get my order wrong twice but everything on the receipt is correct? I’m just so over it. These kids Don’t care about a the job so don’t give it to them .You take my money and then you ask me what I’m waiting for …………..my food duh! I first attempted to go through the drive thru, but no one answered. I went to a stall and put my order in. Waited 30 minutes for ONE milkshake. Two of the employees were sitting outside talking to their friends in the car next to me. It seemed like there was maybe one employee actually working. Absolutely horrible. No apologies for the wait and the milkshake wasn’t even blended. I was given a cup of ice cream.

I went to Sonic in Duncan SC today and ordered a burger among other items. The bun was covered with small spots of mold. I did write the establishment to file a complaint.

Went thru drive thru and had to sit in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. The Restaurant wasn't busy either. I ordered a Large Strawberry Milkshake and it was Flat cause everything was at the bottom. So they didn't properly stir up the shake. Not a good Fast food Restaurant and the Staff were not doing their jobs properly.
We had a great experience on a Sunday lunch. The staff were very friendly. The food came quickly, all hot and fresh. That smash burger was really good! We’ll be back!

Will change rating once my order is fixed. I've called the Duncan sonic 7xs and says it's disconnected... I placed a 47$ order even asked the young lady to double check everything and she said she would/did. Got home 2 items completely missing. Even told my wife we normally get more food for less as I was taking the items out of the bag.

The girl working the drive through 8/14 at 9:56pm is slow. Not slow as in speed literally slow. It says Dashaun on the receipt but she was female anywho her customer service is horrible she got my order wrong and took 30 seconds in between each response. She also sounds like she hates her job.
