I work 12 hour shifts at night at a high stress job and I stop here frequently and everyone is so nice. I especially wanted to give Hunter a shoutout. I had an issue with a coupon and was having a really hard night and the way he handled the situation with such empathy and humanity is something I won't ever forget. He listened to me, he cared, and he saw me as a human being before ever being a customer. We need more people like him in the world and in customer service. He was amazing. Please tell him thank you for me.

Usually I would have given a one star, but I’ve been here before and had good service.
My main complaint is that I ordered a drink 5 minutes in advance and waited 35 minutes at the store to get my singular drink when the store wasn’t busy. It took 40 minutes for them to create one singular caramel ribbon crunch when there were maybe 3 customers in the store and 4 cars in the drive through.
I’m seriously disappointed and angry, I don’t mean to be a Karen, but this was extremely infuriating.

they messed up my first order of my favorite drink that i wait for all year - the sugar cookie latte and said they forgot to put the sugar cookie syrup in it when i gave it back and said it didn't taste right. then when they remade it in iced it still tasted like straight coffee, there's no sugar cookie flavor. i told her it still tastes like straight coffee even after it was remade. so they remade a frappuccino creme based and it had brown stuff all on it when it's supposed to be white. she said oh i accidentally poured it in the wrong cup. i said i don't want that... i can't even have coffee with caffeine. when i FINALLY after the 4th time got the correct one it had no sprinkles on it. this stuff should matter. don't advertise something if you can't do it the way it's supposed to.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the entire Galaxy!!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and personable. They even know my favorite breakfast item!

I only come during pumpkin spice season and I'm sharing in hopes they can get the pumpkin spice fraps down I usually have to go to ingles because everytime I come here my drink isn't made right. I ask for an extra pump of pumpkin spice and it never taste like it and it taste liked watered down from not enough flavor.There is only like one girl she's brown headed and really friendly who can make it right. I usually come to redeem my stars here. 🌟 it's too expensive to buy a 7 dollar drink for it not to be made the way you like and then I asked if the guy could put an extra pump in it he literally brought it to me in a lid and had Me open my lid and just put it in there told me he couldn't take my drink back but then did end up putting it back in the blender and at that point it blended the whip cream in and it still wasnt good, at that point just remake it..

Night shift was amazing and very friendly! Came right before closing (didn't check time it closed) they accidentally made our drink twice and let us keep them free, and added extra egg bites after they told us they didn't have any but did. Very kind and welcoming people, 5 stars nice job ^^
