I only come during pumpkin spice season and I'm sharing in hopes they can get the pumpkin spice fraps down I usually have to go to ingles because everytime I come here my drink isn't made right. I ask for an extra pump of pumpkin spice and it never taste like it and it taste liked watered down from not enough flavor.There is only like one girl she's brown headed and really friendly who can make it right. I usually come to redeem my stars here. 🌟 it's too expensive to buy a 7 dollar drink for it not to be made the way you like and then I asked if the guy could put an extra pump in it he literally brought it to me in a lid and had Me open my lid and just put it in there told me he couldn't take my drink back but then did end up putting it back in the blender and at that point it blended the whip cream in and it still wasnt good, at that point just remake it..

Night shift was amazing and very friendly! Came right before closing (didn't check time it closed) they accidentally made our drink twice and let us keep them free, and added extra egg bites after they told us they didn't have any but did. Very kind and welcoming people, 5 stars nice job ^^

Although not a fan of because of their politics, I needed something for a very long drive ahead. This was the first of several locations on the long drive up rt 79 & 19 North. The frozen Mocha Frappuccino was great, and the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia was delicious! These are pre-made, kept frozen and nuked. Of all the subsequent stops, all other locations, other than the Mocha Frappuccino, their Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia was at best barely ok. They’re not exactly cheap, and you expect better especially having had one that actually had everything in it, which was this location. Kudos to the staff!

Stopped for a coffee on my drive this morning and this entire team could not have been more friendly! The bathrooms were clean and they even had paper towels!! Soap smelled amazing. I am not kidding when I say it’s the small details that count and this Starbucks has left no detail behind. Highly recommend a stop at this starbs on your next road trip!

Rude, asked for less expresso in my one drink and add it to my other but they wouldn't do it have done it at every other Starbucks. Said they cannot add things to drinks it messes up the quality of the drink but I can pay for other extras to be added in

Jackie is so rude.. I waited for a long time for a doordash order and I walked up to her and very nicely said "excuse me" she said very hateful "I know what you're going to ask and it's going to be a while" despite doing nothing wrong I apologized... she then said "get out, I'm not making your order" wasn't my order.... was a doordash order. Had to tell them customer what happened and she was not happy with starbucks.

This is the second Starbucks I went to in SC. They don’t have male and female bathrooms. They are all unisex. Therefore, there was urine on the floor every where especially around the toilet and it was disgusting. I had to wash my shoes after using their restroom so I would not carry the urine to my car. Some of the baristas looked like they were coming from an alien planet, very u professional, piercing and nose rings, very creepy. If I don’t see a change with this company, this is the last time they will get my service

Nice, big Starbucks!! Excellent service, great quality food and drinks. Was there an hour and a half, two hours. Enjoyed the music and the quiet buzz of conversations. Wasn't loud, no one shouting names or orders. And they were busy!! Can't recommend this store highly enough!
