The food wasn't bad but the lady at the drive thru door was rude. Wouldn't speak to us. Overall, it's not worth it. Update: my step son just started working here. They seem much more polite.

I ordered beef chalupas no lettuce and some cheesy dip burrito. I placed my order I then asked can I pull around to the front the lady responds and says if that's all you want yes okay. I pull up to the window I hand her my card she hands me the bag, then hands me back my card and proceeds to close the window. I had to say excuse me two times as she turned around and started feeling drinks for the next order I asked for my sausage she gave me a few told me to have a good night. I get home and to my surprise my chalupas are hard as a brick to the point that I had to peel the top part of the chalupa to even taste it. money wasted

Had a online order with add o s and multiple items were missing from the order and the drink was just carbonated water. Even if you out of some stuff realize that we payfor this so compensate smh the woman in the drive thru had an attitude and was rude.

Food was canceled 2 times from Doordash.Drivers stated it took to long of a wait so they left. 3rd driver got the order finally and we received over spiced durritos. We felt this was done on purpose! Spent over $30 on our order. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER !
Pretty bad! Didn’t get what we ordered. Drive through was talking to us and the car in front of us at the same time. Couldn’t tell who she was talking to. Very overpriced!! Won’t be back!!

We placed an order on the app. Went into the store to wait. They gave us our drinks right away. After 30 mins of waiting more than 20 customers were taken. We would just see ppl order on the kiosk inside and then get their order within minutes. Our frozen drink was melted by this time. We went to the cashier twice to ask about our food and was told they are busy and it’s being made each time. Cashier didn’t want to look at us. Would ignore us as we asked politely for assistance. My husband stood at the counter and just watched. He saw our bag just sitting at their work station. It was there for at least 15 mins before they added the rest of the items. We asked to re make the frozen drink and was responded with an eye roll. Total time in store waiting was at least 45 mins. I’ll be calling corporate. If any mangers care to look into this— order number 981744.
