The attention to order correctness is horrible here. I have been here several times and if I had to guess, my order is only 100% correct about 75% of the time. They always seem to forget items or make them wrong. But it is a fast food restaurant and not a fine dining restaurant.

Came in and ordered at 6:30 and had to pay at the counter with cash. By the time 6:50 had came I had stood there for 20 minutes and nobody even said a word to me. This is not the only time this has happened as this happens almost every time I go. Last time I payed with card and they didn’t even make the food until I stood there for 20 minutes like usual and said something.

It was Taco Bell. Keeps on getting more expensive every time I go there just like everywhere else. But it's simple and you know what you're getting every time you go there. No complaints here

Made an online order at 10 at night. I had a 25 minute drive to pick my food up on my way home. When I arrived I was told they wouldn’t have ground beef for 5 minutes. I thought that odd seeing as I made my order 25 minutes prior. Hammer waiting about 5 minutes I was brought my food and went home. Only to find I was missing my chicken quesadilla.

They ended breakfast menu!!! That was my favorite menu. Before COVID I would grab on at 7am on my way to work. It was perfect. After COVID, they opened breakfast literally after everyone went to work. Well duh if that’s why you ended it. I stopped going to Hardee’s after they removed my favorite biscuits. Now you guys are off the list!

It's a Taco Bell. The food is good at this one and always comes out hot
I don't know why but most taco bells seem to have the angriest workers and managers out ther, them and KFC. But anyways for the most part I like this location and prefer it much better than the one closer to my house which there's only about a 5 mile difference but I'd much rather drive 5 miles and come to this Duncan location.

It's a Taco Bell. If you like the food, and I do, it's great. The place was completely renovated recently. Everything is brand new, except for the kitchen equipment, I have to guess. Employees are changing frequently and service is most often good.
