Walked in to place a Togo order. Christmas traditions as a single mom with my daughter. Sat at the bar, there was no one at the register. I have always, even on Christmas order that way. This lady was very passive aggressive about me sitting at the bar that was… empty and dirty. Told me to order with the guy with the plaid. Very dramatic, seemed Like I was annoying him. Then told me to go have a seat. Which there was none. I sat close to the register at the EMPTY bar with no one waiting to sit there, otherwise I wouldn’t of, and I was told to go stand since there wasn’t anywhere to sit but it’s Christmas and since the waitress wasn’t getting money from me I needed to stand. Do better with your customer service skills. It is after all Christmas and outside of that zero reason to make issues where there wasn’t one. Drove up the road to a different Waffle House ordered Togo at the bar and tipped beautifully.

One of the best Wafflehouse in the upstate. Very friendly staff who have longevity in the business. Food always taste fresh and they give you exactly what you ask for. I have no complaints

The Apparition
I had a great time this morning chatting with the staff, together we solved all the problems in the world. Everyone said they liked their jobs and had their own reasons for why they liked coming to work and it really made for a great atmosphere. So to Richard, Provo, Taylor, and Possum I say God bless you and thank you for the efforts you put in to the things that you do.

This is 100% garbage how and would u stop to go orders by phone....oh wait u want us to come in and half to wait a hour or 2 for food and it's not like yall are busy all the time but instead of that they can just stand around and do thing but again I do see your point because they never answer the phone to get a order in...oh this is for all your waffle house's oh did almost forgot the prices have gone nutts..$6 for a waffle...and the last time I was the it was almost $20 bucks for 1 and the food sucked...and i know it should be a step up from McDonald's because they microwave there garbage but if you cant cook y work...u want cheese and get 1 cheese but charged for 2 and lightly cooked come back burnt how can u mess that up oh and it was a double and forgot the second patty so we going to tho it on...and yes I do understand McDonald's employees cant read or cook but that's y they got a microwave...but sssshhhhh I dont eat McDonald's by the way there food is 100% garbage as well
