I just wanna say I came to Waffle House tonight and the cook was being absolutely rude to our server for no reason and he kept his composure through it all and was patient and kind to us even when she was talking and treating him horribly so next time yall are in Duncan request kj!

So I work in the hospitality industry and wanted something to eat on my way home after an 11 hour day running a restaurant. My girlfriend and I stopped off to order some food to take home since there aren't a lot of other options to eat at that time of night. We got our food and I started to pay. Our tab went from $24 and some change to a total of over $29. I asked why there was an increase and I was told that there is a 20% tax on Togo food. I looked at the woman working and told her that I can appreciate making sure that the staff got tips on Togo food, but that I wouldn't be subject to a false "tax" on food Togo. Wafflehouse management please correct your team on verbiage and also don't try and steal from guests.

We love coming here. Folks working here are so kind, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent! My husband likes his eggs cooked wet, not dry or runny. They know how to scramble an egg! My omelet was perfect! Wait person kept coming back to refill our coffee. Again, meal was outstanding!

I made compliment on waffle House Oct 30 rude workers . Stood in line 20 min young lady refused to take my to go order. I visit again today talked to manager outside about last experience Jay is no better than her employees. She kept cutting me off making excuses never got to my complaint.. I got so aggravated with her I walked away went inside got to food bagged for to go paid for order. As I was walking out door Jay manager came from back asking where she ain't loud and aggressive I walked out door never to return omg

Worst experience ever! After the cook got done with our food she posted up behind our table cussing over the phone has it on speak with my 8yr old daughter with us...didn't care who was around her just cussing up a storm during her coversation. My daughter felt so uncomfortable she wanted to leave we could even enjoy our dinner. We have gave this location many chances and this will be our last.
