First visit to Wayback Burgers won't be my last! I had a great experience. The burger was very tasteful and fresh. Tator Tots were perfect to go along with my burger. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is modern, warm and clean. I also want to say the prices are extremely reasonable. Don't hesitate to enjoy a great meal 😋

I ordered delivery of two rodeo burgers, two sides of onion rings and a cheeseburger box with fries. The delivery came and they were missing both of my onion rings. My rodeo burgers were smashed and cold and the Cheeseburger was also cold and the fries were soggy. I called to get a refund for my onion rings. They told me that I had to come to the store in order to get the refund. Very disappointed, I probably will never order from here. This is only my second time eating here and that’s a very bad second impression. I don’t know how they did not see on the receipt that it says need still I’m just confused how it got missed.

Overall I was unimpressed. I arrived at 11:20 and the lights were still turned off. The manager reprimanded the cashier for needing help providing the state trooper a discount right in front of the customers. The food was average but pricey in my opinion. I'll probably not revisit this location as for a similar time to dine in there are better choices.

I’ve attempted to reach out regarding a bristle from a grill brush puncturing my tongue. I have yet to hear back from anyone. it’s incredibly disappointing because I once enjoyed their food! Very dangerous, I would not eat here again.

It’s Almost impossible to order food. with delivery(DoorDash) , and actually get what you order, these days 😩 clearly the receipt on the bag has double bacon burger ONLY yellow American cheese ADD CHILI and mayo!!!! Why does both the double bacon burgers have everything he hates (Let, tom, onion) AND NO CHILI that he had to PAY extra for?!?!?? It makes me so angry! Not JUST this place, it seems like every single time we order food from around here, something is wrong, missing or bad!!!! We rarely ever order or eat out because of this! But with jobs and small baby, there’s those few times, that it would just really be awesome to have food you want, made and brought to you…. We Already have to pay extra for it, and that would be fine, if they would just READ THE TICKET!!!! 😩😭

We arrived just 15 minutes before closing time. We offered to change our order from dine in to takeout but the girl at the register insisted that we should take our time. The guy mopping the floors worked his way away from us so he didn’t disturb our meal. A small gesture but it was noticed. The food was on the money!!! The fries were cooked to perfection. The right amount of crunch and hot. The burgers were awesome. Just enough juice so you needed to lick off your fingers but not too much so it drips on your shirt. The service was also awesome. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Went there on a Thursday at noon. Surprisingly, it wasn't crowded at all. A very friendly young man took our order promptly. Food arrived quickly, and was as ordered. Good food, fairly priced.
