Very good quality of food! I do suggest seasoning the meat on the burgers. But other then that the food was excellent. The sitting area was super clean with an A rating on the door. Will be coming back!

We ordered online tonight, and when we arrived we found out they never received our order due to an internet outage— fair. My husband waited while they made our order, and then when he brought it out we realized they forgot an item. He waited again for that. When he got back to the car he said “they forgot the sauce but I’m not going back in again.” Awesome. Got home and sure enough they forgot several sauces we ordered AND left off bacon from a burger. I wouldn’t normally be that annoyed, but that’s an up charge… and the fact that we waited an additional half hour for the food. I don’t fault them for not receiving the initial order, but they had to realize the inconvenience we were going through, not to mention forgetting so many things from the order, and zero offers to make it right, give a discount, give a voucher for a future order, nothing. The food is good, but I feel like the customer service was extremely lacking here.

I went to Wayback Burger for the first time and it was the best burger I've ever eaten. I got the cheesy one with fries. The food was phenomenal and service was pleasant. The food was cooked to order so it took a little extra time, but I'll take hot food and longer wait than cold food any day. Prices were steep, but the quality was worth it.

We have had amazing service numerous times from Isaiah. He has super great inviting service. Every interaction has been super professional and always pleasant when asking for any request. Beef is to small for the bun. For the price. McDonald's Quarter Pounder is better than this. Will not be back .
The burgers (sweet Bourbon) are okay and fries are lack luster, and tator tots were either overcooked or undercooked. The service was good, and the cashier was polite. Price was appropriate for the quality of the food.

This place was absolutely amazing, food was fresh and served well, service was impeccable. Even their Caesar salad was great! The only think I don’t recommend is the red velvet cupcake shake! Not the fault of the employees at all but the flavored syrup needed for the “cupcake” flavor tastes like your drinking melted plastic! But totally not their fault, they don’t make the syrups ?. Will be back!

Omg!!! Found this place while looking for another place! Glad I saw this first. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and the cheesy burger…. WOW! I forgot the guy name that made my sandwiches (he had a beard & ponytail w/ glasses) ? Anyway, he made them exactly like I asked. Everyone was so attentive and polite. Next time I come thru Duncan SC…I’ll be sure to stop and I’ll be sure to tell a few friends.

Wow! What an amazing burger joint. Food was fresh and service was excellent. I loved the writings of their rules on the wall. Establishment was very clean. I highly recommend this place! I tried the A1 burger, Ghost pepper burger, tots, and cheese curds. All were made fresh and you can taste the quality of the food from the first bite. I can't wait to go back and try more of what they offer!
