My order was ready, yet the staff just stood around looking at each other instead of handing it to me. All I ordered was a simple double stack burger, but the interaction felt very awkward. It came across like they had an issue with me personally, possibly because of my skin color, which left me feeling singled out and very uncomfortable. Will not return.

Really clean restaurant! I have seen a lot of Wendy’s and this place tops it! Cleanest one I’ve seen so far! Team was cleaning in between orders and were very friendly and helpful when ordering! If I could give 10 stars I would!

It's McDonald's, what can I expect for $20...probably for it to be open when I go. I'm a trucker parked next door, I know the lobby closes at 11 which is why I came before then, an employee was outside smoking, I asked her if it was open, she said yes, the doors were locked, me and another customer were there kinda annoyed. Hey, can't win em all 🤷🏾

I was just going to tell the cashier lady that their sweet tea is finish. So I was waiting politely because she was making fry’s and nuggets and she never asked if I needed help or anything so I left. She did see me but refused to ask anything she just keeped acting like I wasn’t there.
The fries were cooked in old grease . When I requested fresh fries they took the fries with an attitude and still handed me fries cooked in old grease. Extremely careless and disrespectful service. People don't care anymore about the health and well being from the food in Wendy's. This isn't the only location like this. They are lazy and dont care about the customers who support the restaurant. Wendy's used to always cook food fresh. Now it's an I don't give af about the customer image. Instead of being concerned about a customer who already paid. The employees were too busy prepping to flirt with a basketball team getting out of their transportation bus. Please hire people with respect and who cares about cooking food in fresh grease. It's unhealthy to cook food in old grease.

I don't get the stories. I ordered and received my food before I could get my drink. And customer service was great. Everything was in the bag. A lot of these reviews are lies

Extremely disappointing experience. When I first approached the counter, I was completely ignored by the staff. I decided to download the app and placed a mobile order for pickup. After waiting 26 minutes, my order simply disappeared from the system—no one had started preparing it.
Out of the six employees on shift, only one noticed something was off and mentioned to a coworker that an order seemed to be missing. The employee who let the mobile order go unprepared finally acknowledged me, asked “xxx Mobile order?” I confirmed, and only then did he start preparing the food—no apology, no urgency.
Meanwhile, other customers who ordered after me were served before me, and the drive-through was barely busy. Despite being a great location, this level of service was unacceptable.
To make things worse, I ordered a kids’ meal with a cheeseburger and fries, but received four chicken nuggets instead.
