The staff here was amazing! Unfortunately, they forgot my nuggets and sauce. I didn't want to drive back. Tried the new salted caramel frosty, because their chocolate one was down?..? It's good but too sweet and rich for me. Our French fries have also sucked the last few times. Hard and dried, like reheated. Hopefully, it will improve.

They always screw up orders here, today the host named Mattie charged a full price salad but didn't put dressing on, most of the times they just skip it, skip utensils or get the order completely wrog

Everything is bagged for takeout by default. Service is horrible. They wait till the last order is done before taking an order just so it hides the wait times from whoever pays attention. No point hiding it, the wait is still in the 10 minute range. But I suppose that's why they remove the orders from the screen before they are done. Too bad. Cause it really effects order accuracy
Well. Been over 9 years since I was here to eat. Had to get a part from Pilot Truck Stop. Debated with myself weather to chance it again. Past experiences have had issues that were not good. OOooooKkkkkk I made a bad decision. Food not prepared properly!!!!! Fry’s room temperature. No ketchup. No tray for dine in. The young lady was nice to me. Sorta. Not bad. I eat Wendy’s when possible. At Truck Stops. I have been Trucking 57 years. 78 years young very soon. Love trucking some days. This is not fair to a trucker stuck at a location where he is abused by things like this. Happens every where. Every day. !!!!!! Roadmaster. Port City Wilmington NC.

By far the best part of an otherwise dreadful Pilot station. In and out of the drive thru in five minutes. Everything is fresh and hot. A crazy concept with too many of these places these days.

I've been to this Wendy's over the yrs. I used to love it. But the last time I went I was disappointed. They had changed the pickles from bread and butter to dill. That's what made the burger!!!!! Also there was sooooo much mayo on it that I couldn't hardly eat it. Please bring back the bread and butter pickles!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!
