This place is run by people who talk like they are their job. This place is near QT gas station and I am a truck driver, I walked there at 11:00 pm and they didn't answer me. I was hungry. Then I ordered online from my phone and walked back. I asked them if they wanted me to come by car. I said I would come here in a big truck and they told me they didn't want that and they wouldn't take orders from people walking. It was so funny😂

Whatever you do, Do not eat at this location. I saw rodents! And the customer service didn’t make it any better. Big overweight black dude that works there is rude! I just walked away. Glad I saw the pest running around.

I visited this establishment around 10 pm on my lunch break. I spent a total of $32 for the burgers to be undercooked. I called to inform them of the issue, but no one answered the phone. I called the next morning just to be hung up on.

Not 1 single person spoke to me . I ordered my food which was room temp. Asked for a cup for my drink and the male just pointed at the coke machine. Only enough tea to get 1/2 of glass in the dispenser. The tea turned out to be sour. Still not a word. Never will I stop here again. You won think being a new store it would be clean and friendly, that's wasn't the case.

The Asian manager is absolutely terrible. I eat here everyday and he gets nothing correct. Doesn't care about quality of food or fast service. Absolutely terrible!! Everyone else at this location is great though

So i went here evening of 2/20/25, drove 2 hours from Georgia and it was pretty cold out. I order chili and seemed like the ladies that handled my order were nice I'm not sure if this was intentional or malicious of what they did.
I paid my $3.91 around 8pm that night. Got my bag but it was filled with crackers, I assumed it was a joke and that my chili would be at the bottom. Well I smirked bc i saw that it was filled with crackers and I have some humor so I did think it was funny but when I got home, there was no chili. Only a bag filled with crackers.
I was pretty tired when I found out, I also didn't receieve a receipt but my card was charged. It was too cold too go back out and by this time around 830p-9pm to attempt to drive back out.
So I'm out $3.91 and no chili with a bag full of crackers.
