I put my order in on-line and it should have been ready by 4:50 pm. I got there around 5:05. I told them my name and it was not ready, which they asked ask about 2 more times. It was about 15 minutes before they approached me again about my order after numerous people came in and received their order and asked me what I ordered. The guy who I assume was in charge did apologize and did take the initiative to get my order together. It was an entire hour later that I received my order, and the only thing I was offered was a cup 5 minutes before the order was ready. I was very disappointed

I placed my order and I get to the restaurant the workers say hold on And can you wait a minute and I just walked in the door yes they were busy and then they made my order wrong and I asked for the manger and she said it's your problem we already made it I asked for a refund and she was just nasty about it. Horrible customer service and the food was not that good taste like it was sitting out for hours would never come here again.
Came in, I placed an order 40 minutes before close and found out order was canceled for no reason. Very rude staff as well and the place was trashed. I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to not be able to place an order? Seriously guys? I would NOT recommend, EVER.

Do not do a National Wings Day and hide when you app crashes and made it impossible to enjoy. Several I know got ignored and not extension. Therefore all 20 will not be coming back to Wingstop. Good bye. You have competition and it’s time for them to be tried.

Horrible customer service cashiers are very rude and have gotten my order wrong on several occasions. This time I called to store only for the lady to tell me she know what I ordered and if I wanted corn I could come buy some, remind you I don’t eat any kind of fries so why would I even order fries. ATP I’m over it and Wing stop has lost a valuable customer but guess what the last said that’s fine.
