The food was good got what we asked for. The wait seemed a bit long but that’s usual at this place. Thing that didn’t make sense was the girl at the register controlling the tv playing “Ginny & Georgia” with the tv playing louder than the music. Wouldn’t have minded the show if it wasn’t paused every few minutes.

This the second time I ordered from the one in Duncan and both times I feel like they gave me old chicken I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I door dash to my job but ordered again 2 days ago and after I ate like 10 wings, my body just got hot and I started sweating and I felt like I had to throw up so I'll never be going back to the Wingstop in Duncan, because if I gotta worry about food poisoning I'll rather just leave it alone all together

This is the worst wingstop ever. If someone orders 50 dollars worth food and waits for 25 minutes why would anything be cold??? Why would anything be cold. Just shut this location down.

I put my order in on-line and it should have been ready by 4:50 pm. I got there around 5:05. I told them my name and it was not ready, which they asked ask about 2 more times. It was about 15 minutes before they approached me again about my order after numerous people came in and received their order and asked me what I ordered. The guy who I assume was in charge did apologize and did take the initiative to get my order together. It was an entire hour later that I received my order, and the only thing I was offered was a cup 5 minutes before the order was ready. I was very disappointed
Couldn’t even get a 20 wing order done within an hour.

Screws up my orders EVERY time. I always pay extra for all flats, this past order (decided to try one more time) - got all drums. Ordered Louisiana Dry Rub, got BBQ. Always wrong!!!
