Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Drive through was moderate, food was good, forgot a side item I ordered, didnt realize it until I was home, 20+ miles away.

I will not be going back to this particular Zaxby's. I recommend the Zaxby's on Hwy 29 in Wellford, across from the 7-11. There's a price difference also.

Ordered 2 kicked chicken combos. Disappointed and frustrated.
Fries were barely cooked, drinks were more carbonated, botjsandwiches dry,and 1 combo burnt bread.
With the cost of food, and fast food expensive-do better.

We went through the drive through tonight and spent over $47 on food, it was not a big order or anything but when we checked our order they threw in several random sauces and none of the ones we asked for. They just threw in everything but the side of tongue torch we paid for or any of the sauces or salad dressings. We paid for them but these kids were too busy carrying on talking and acting like they’re at a social event or speed dating event than at work. They aren’t paid to talk and act simple, it’s not hard to read a ticket and put the items in a bag!
Don’t come here, especially at closing they don’t give a crap about their jobs.

Me and my man went because we were just so hungry and he happened to order a 4 finger plate. you know we pull up to the window and pay and everything cool right, so we get our food and stuff and we see all the items so we get home you know ready to devour this perfect meal right? WRONG! they didn’t give us any sauce and we were missing some fingers as well. We were extremely upset not only did we have 2 fingers but no sauce?? that’s where i draw the line! how are we supposed to eat with no sauce? I feel like i’m about to have a heart attack. Don’t ever disappoint me like that again please 🤧

I guess it depends on what time of the day you go into Zaxbys. I think they somewhat try, but really do not know how to run a business.
