The ideal chicken restaurant. Food was delicious, wide variety of drink choices. Relatively clean, nice bathrooms as well. Service was speedy and friendly.

Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.

I don’t care how many times I go there, my order is either NEVER right, or they don’t hand me what I asked for when ordering. This is the only place I know in Duncan South Carolina, I can honestly say have awful customer service. Do you know how frustrating it is to order and get home and it’s not right. I quit eating here for one year, well my entire family did. I decided to give them another try and clearly nothing has changed. I refuse to spend another dollar at this establishment. I’m not sure why everyone else gets it but Zaxby. I’m not sure if they really understand that without customers, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.

Edited review. I left a less than favorable review about a year ago.I decided to give them another chance after a short personal boycott. The quality of the wings was greatly lacking, however it seems the right person or persons saw the review and do care enough to make changes or at least the quality has improved greatly on it's own. Either way the quality is back and the food is as it is expected to be. Kudos to Zaxby's for rectifying the situation. I am once again a customer and would recommend. Just double check your order if you use the drive through they have a tendency to remember to charge for the extra blue cheese but forget to actually give you the extra. With a little more focus they will be spot on.

If you decide to grab fast food for you and your family…DONT expect them to hand you your food with kindness. I am a family of 5 and came here to order 5 meals. As we got our food we could hear the worker loudly exclaiming “why do people sit here and order so much.” Just put my fries in the bag without being rude. They also forgot one of our meals. But figures because we could hear two workers laughing while taking our order.

Would have been a 5 star visit, but they have false pricing. I asked the manager about it, and his response was that the app wasn't updated yet. Service was good. Food was made to order, so it was nice and hot. It's a Zaxby's so of course it tastes good.
