Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.
Edited review. I left a less than favorable review about a year ago.I decided to give them another chance after a short personal boycott. The quality of the wings was greatly lacking, however it seems the right person or persons saw the review and do care enough to make changes or at least the quality has improved greatly on it's own. Either way the quality is back and the food is as it is expected to be. Kudos to Zaxby's for rectifying the situation. I am once again...
