Today, the young lady at the register was rushing and messing my whole order up, It took 30 mins to make it because the young lady who makes the bowl was sleeping in the back. When she came out to make the order, there was no life in her. After messing the order up, they then prepared the new order and charged me again for what I actually ordered the 1st time. As business owners, whenever we make mistakes, we will fix the cost or give some form of discount due to it being our mistake in order for the customer to be happy. This was a very bad experience for a repeat customer.

This place is fantastic, hands down. I agree that prices are pretty steep, but I think overall, it is worth it. It's fresh and delicious every single time I order. I found this place last year on Doordash and have been ordering at least twice a week!

This restaurant was very good. The attendant was very helpful and allowed my girlfriend and I to make the best selection for us.
Im currently visiting family in easley, and saw a post about cocobowlz on the snapchat map and thought it looked good. I went in yesterday with my boyfriend and the guy who was taking our order was very confusing , i asked what was in the PSL bowl and he told me "just look at the picture" and wouldnt explain any further.

It was ok. The fruit didn't seem as fresh. The banana she used was really ripe so it was more soft than what i would have wanted in my bowl. But i was not vocal when i saw the banana she used but i haven't had to do that at other locations and they always use fresher fruit. But I'll give it another try and if i note the banana or any fruit not to my liking I will ask for changes etc.

I didn’t expect to go there not knowing that it was here, but let me tell you… It was amazing!!! The bowl was super good, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing yet fun at the same time. If you haven’t came and tried it out I’d highly recommend you come by! I’ll be here early and often ?

Really good. Was very quite. Maybe alot of people aren't aware it's open now. We would definitely go back. The person working was nice, but when we told her we had never been before she didnt really explain our options well. You can build your own bowl, or choose one and choose a base of different flavors. We all have cocoa base.
