About Crumbl Cookies

Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant that serves amazing food. The atmosphere is pretty nice, but the service is sometimes okay. The Greenville, NC store is sometimes struggling presentation wise, and a few of the staff are unhelpful. One time, a person was told there were no strawberry cookies left, but another customer was told they did have strawberry. No one seems to know which cookies they have and which they are out of, which makes the atmosphere tense. Sometimes the cookies don’t come with all the right or even toppings, but the cookies are so good that it’s okay. One store went above and beyond to correct an issue. The parking is in Greenville, so there is some parking but not much because it is pretty crowded. Overall, the staff just needs to communicate better with each other and actually check what cookies they have before telling someone they don’t have them.
