The establishment in Easley SC is HORRIBLE !!! They never have doughnuts which is odd since it’s a doughnut shop nor do they take the time to make the food and coffee right. I know that the weekends are busy especially for a doughnut shop, but to be so negligent and not look at a mobile order receipt to get the food right is beyond me.SMH and then have the audacity to tell me to arrive at 6 am when the doughnuts arrives. Just call the establishment Dunkin Sandwiches since that’s all they provide. Trash flowing over the trash bins floor not swept nor tables wiped Just not a good experience overall and highly disappointed and dissatisfied

This is my 4th time here, and I must say I will not of to any other Dunkin. Mia and her team is always welcoming my son and I and she has the best attitude. She helps my son create drinks and even created my new go to drink. I don't think I've ever been happier to see a certain person working 😅 Thank you Mia for always being so nice and welcoming to my son and helping him navigate drinks. You make the absolute best every single time. Mia needs a raise!

They need more help. Or new help. The employees are always conversing amongst one another but the line is always wrapped around the building or out the door. They always seemed short staffed but the staff they have does not seem to be in a hurry.

I’m so tired of going to the Dunkin’ Donuts and they are always closed like you open up at six in the morning on Sunday so when I’m pulling up at 7:30 you’re telling me you don’t open till eight that’s an issue for me get your shit together

How does a dunkin donut not have bavon for their sandwiches? Very disappointing experience. Wrong order again and they burnt our bagel to unbeatable. Avoid is my advice. Oh and got locked in building when a server lost her cool and cussed out everyone

I would give it negative stars if I could. Staff was RUDE and SLOWER THAN A SLOTH! I ordered on the app and waited AN HOUR for toast and a coffee. The toast wasn’t even toast it was a piece of bread. The coffee only had milk and sugar, NO COFFEE. All the staff in there IGNORED me when I asked them to remake it. This place is awful and will be advertising for no one to go there

I recommend taking your hard earned money and throwing it out the window before visiting this establishment. Better yet, drive 2 towns over and try their Dunkin Donuts and maybe you'll have better luck. If you absolutely must visit this store, one strategy you could use is to order the WRONG thing and maybe, by pure luck, you'll get what you really want. Joke's on me for thinking 9th time's a charm with this place.

Bathrooms were filthy. Donut case a mess. Stood at counter for 5 minutes was not greeted from the grumpy male employee till I turned to walk out door. Was not busy at all. 1 customer at drive thru and me at counter. Sun Jan. 19 at 130pm. Will not be visiting this establishment again just nasty. Wish I hadn't left phone in car to take pictures.

I've only been to this location twice now, the first time was somewhat okay, the second was horrible. They did not toast out croissants but instead it seems they squished them.
