I like their coffee. Then I got the wrong group of employees, because I always ask for alternative milk. Someone gave me cow's milk and I've been paying for it since. No thank you if you can't follow simple directions from a donut shop.

Went here on 5 different acotions to get the 5 dollar meal deal and wouldn't you know it every time I went there ovens weren't working. Mind you this is 5 times in 2 months so someone is just outright lazy!

I almost wish I could give zero stars become one is too much. I always go in the morning and pick up donuts for my work. Whatever man is working in the morning is incredibly rude and takes an easy 20 minutes to get me my good. Horrible horrible service. I’ve never seen such a terrible Dunkin’ establishment like this one. I’ll never return.

I came to this dunkin with my kids and I ordered 4 of the mini bagels with cream cheese and we received two so I went inside to politely ask for the remaining two because mistakes happen of course. I went inside the girl working told me to get the bag the food was in and I got the bag and returned and the girl started accusing me of lying which I realize you can’t always trust that they aren’t lying or not and might just trying to get free food but she was very rude about it and then I was shaking because I was very embarrassed and upset and the worker started mocking me to my own face and was very very rude the entire time. I hope in the future dunkin really realizes who they’re hiring.

They got my order wrong then blamed me for the misunderstanding even after i provided as much clarification as i could, they then threw away my entire order in front of me and offered no compensation. I like dunkin's products, but I'd rather eat trash if it meant I didn't have to go through what I did at this establishment, I do hope that nobody else has to deal with what I did. I will not be coming back and i hope the employees who served me stop working here.

The establishment in Easley SC is HORRIBLE !!!
They never have doughnuts which is odd since it’s a doughnut shop nor do they take the time to make the food and coffee right. I know that the weekends are busy especially for a doughnut shop, but to be so negligent and not look at a mobile order receipt to get the food right is beyond me.SMH and then have the audacity to tell me to arrive at 6 am when the doughnuts arrives. Just call the establishment Dunkin Sandwiches since that’s all they provide. Trash flowing over the trash bins floor not swept nor tables wiped
Just not a good experience overall and highly disappointed and dissatisfied

This is my 4th time here, and I must say I will not of to any other Dunkin. Mia and her team is always welcoming my son and I and she has the best attitude. She helps my son create drinks and even created my new go to drink. I don't think I've ever been happier to see a certain person working 😅 Thank you Mia for always being so nice and welcoming to my son and helping him navigate drinks. You make the absolute best every single time. Mia needs a raise!

They need more help. Or new help. The employees are always conversing amongst one another but the line is always wrapped around the building or out the door. They always seemed short staffed but the staff they have does not seem to be in a hurry.
