These have got to be the rudest people around— Each time I go through there, they are such smart asses- they need to learn how to speak to people in a nice manner! They always get my order wrong too! They don’t give a flip about their job-might as well quit and go live in the basement with their grandma- can’t even answer the dang phones either!

We paid at the window, and then waited 11 minutes to get our drinks that were incorrect. We ordered 3 hot coffees, 2 large and 1 medium. We ordered a large caramel macchiato but received a large holiday cookie. Then, we ordered a large holiday cookie and received a medium holiday cookie. We would have told them at the window, but we were headed to our son’s baseball tournament and could not wait any longer. Very unorganized and the team did not seem very helpful because they asked us several times what we had ordered. The oven was also down for them to make food, so it was a very disappointing visit overall. Will not return.

The website claims they open @5am, was there at 5:25am on 11/8 and no one was there? Please fix your hours online. Went back today (11/10) and the drive-thru line was long @11am and only a few variety of doughnuts 🍩 left! They could keep the line moving if they would make people move up if their order was large. The staff was very friendly at this location IMO.

No lobby service due to “lack of employees”- same as Clemson location. Wait in drive thru line to be told “no coffee rolls”, no crème filled donuts, no sandwiches because oven down”?? So end up with a hazelnut coffee which wasn’t ready when arriving at window. THEN drive away to find out coffee is horrible with an odd strawberry flavor!?! REALLY?!?? Just close if you aren’t going to provide any appreciable service, stop wasting people’s time. And money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’ve tried to give this location many chances but recently it has been terrible. They are out of things they shouldn’t be and the staff has had bad attitudes. Today we went to get coffees but they ran out of all milk but almond. I asked if I had to pay extra for the almond since that’s all they had and she yes. That’s ridiculous. I get it’s .50 but I’m in customer service and that’s not how you do things.

It was hard to rate because food and drinks were good, but every time I go to this location, the wait is insane. I made an online order before I got there and waited in line for 45 mins, and when I got to the window, they hadn't even started the drinks yet. I was gone an hour. Maybe they are understaffed. I'm not sure, but I'm just glad me fo9s and drinks were good. But the wait time is ridiculous.

Beyond ridiculous- waited 16 minutes in line just for a watered down coffee, burnt hashbrowns, and a 50 count messed up donut hole order. I asked for just original glazed, chocolate, and pumpkin and only received chocolate and and blueberry which I specifically didn’t want blueberry. I haven’t been here in years and I see why I haven’t been back. I’m furious about the trash items that I received for waiting all that time for no reason. I tried calling but of course just a busy tone.

Been standing in line for about 5 minutes, 3 different employees had looked at us and had yet to take our order. Employees standing right in front of us and just continued working! The lady in the window rushed the employee to serve the guy behind us but let us wait 10 minutes before taking our order. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but when we walked in here there was one car in the drive and 1 customer in front of us. We waited for a full 20 minutes for 6 donuts, a hot chocolate, and a large mocha. If these ain't the best donuts I've ever had I'ma be livid. Never had trash donuts before. How do you mess up donuts?! Employees can't even tell me what a drink is or what's in it. This visit is becoming increasingly worse the longer I'm here. We will never be returning after this. If I wanted bad service I'd go to McDonald's!

Maya and the dude in the back making food need a raise. there were so many ppl in the store and had a line wrapped around the store but they still kept their composure. i swear Maya was making 5 drinks in under a minute. cannot express how hard they were working this morning. she also made our coffee’s really good too, prob one of the best i’ve had in a while. thank you Maya and dude in the back! (i did not catch his name)

A bit of context: I normally rate places a bit higher than most would. I’m pretty hard to disappoint, but this location did just that.
Early morning, breakfast/work rush. They’re busy. I understand that. I had about 5 cars in front of me and more than 10 behind as I left.
I’ve only been to one Dunks before and it was in Massachusetts so my only previous experience was great.
We order: a sausage egg and cheese croissant Hash browns circles Everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese 10 munchkins Strawberry dragonfruit lemonade
Every food item we were disappointed with.
Everything came back cold which is kind of astounding considering I was almost certain they warmed everything up per order.
The only thing that wasn’t cold was the hash browns. They were in the fryer too long and came back hard. We didn’t eat any of them.
I understand the munchkins coming back not warm but everything else really disappointed.
