The employees here are super nice! They are always super helpful if you have questions. Their iced coffee is really good. Also no up charge on non dairy milks or flavoring. The inside is usually pretty empty.

I think this Dunkin has the nicest employees in the area. I’ve always been greeted with a friendly smile at the drive thru window. I usually only get drinks, and they are made accurately. There’s almost always a line, but you can always go inside. I like the convenience of staying in my warm car, so I don’t mind waiting. I just know not to place an order when I’m in a hurry, which seems like common sense for any drive thru. Thank you all for always being kind even though...

I’ve read through the reviews and am disappointed so many have had a bad experience. However, I can only assume this is in major part to do with staffing. I found myself in the lobby during morning rush (haven’t been to this location in a while) and apparently the lobby was not supposed to be open. Only drive through. I apologized to the woman working and she took my order without a fuss, food came out great! The drive through line was significantly long but she told me there...
