Must be closed down. Went today no hours on door. Open sign was off.
not good! don’t come here!! place is dirty. floor is sticky. soda machine is dirty. no napkins & no sodas!! food is not fresh, fries is not looking good at all. this place looks like is going out… like their last day of business. very disappointed.
Sunday at 1230pm and not one single person in the restaurant. REG FLAG?
We’re out of styrofoam cups and was told to use paper ones.
Went to get a fountain drink and not one option had any syrup.
Checked reviews on the place and saw that some of this has been going on over the past few months with no change.
Simply asked for a return for the whole purchase and left. Also their charging the customers as stated on the wall 6% for using a card.
Don’t see this restaurant lasting more than a month.

The burger was not memorable. I wanted to try the wings. I was told they had no chicken products. Not good for business

First impressions make a lasting opionion.
We visited the Easley Location for the first time today around 3:30pm (sunday).
To be clear, we did not end up eating here today. And we most likely will no return.
Red Flag #1:
A freaking 6% credit/debit card fee posted on the wall! He'll no. I was ready to walk out at this point. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. They always have been. If you think you want to pass your cost on to a select few people, you will end up losing those customers. As you have lost us potential customers. Either raise the prices slightly or eat the cost. Nickel and diming your customers will lose you those customers.
Red Flag #2:
Completely out of chicken and hot dogs.
How do you run out of food this early in the day? After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence.
And if you run out of something, at least put a sign up so I k.ow when I walk in and don't waste my time waiting in line only to get to the counter and be informed you do not have what I might wish to order.

We've been here before and it was good but not this time. Place was dirty. Fountain drinks didn't work. After we ordered both the cooks walked out. Shift lead made our food but the order was all messed up

The food is usually great better than any burger I’ve ever had. The staff they keep hiring is the reason this place will go out like any place in Easley. First of all if you come in 30 minutes before close they will say they don’t have any thing left to cook, also came another time and they were smoking blunts in the parking lot in between my food. Which is fine. I’m not a hater if you smoke pot. But I work in the service industry as well and we do not close until the time we close. Not 30 minutes prior. You’re lazy. Roll more bowls or quit the drug you are doing because it isn’t helping you work any harder. Employees are Pickens county meth heads
Went to have lunch today only to find out, this location is out of pretty much everything: chicken tenders, ketchup on the table, paper towels, coke and tea.

**OWNER**PAY ATTENTION, YOU'RE BEGINNING TO DECLINE! When it first opened up everything was really good. However, in the past few months the food quality and service is going down hill.
Service:
•No One Is Ever At The Counter. Ever. You have to say something for people to come take your order
•Cooks and Servers are outside openly smoking and chatting in the parking lot, front of store. If they need to smoke they need to go out back. **Also, came into restaurant. Cook and service member came in behind me after being out front. Cook straight to the back to prepare my food after order. I don't think they even washed their hands. That's F'n nasty.
• Since cooks are openly hanging outside in the parking lot it was also easy to notice that none of them bother to tie hair back or wear hair net.
• Instead of chatting in the back or hanging out outside how about cleaning the store. It's covered in grease and residue. Tables, counters, floors, all of it. Maybe the Health Department needs to do a random check in the back too.
In conclusion, the people working and representing your restaurant are showing the public a lack of proper food handling and hygiene. Along with poor customer service and readiness. This also reflects poorly on your management team as these things should be easily known and fixed. Smoke out back, tie up/net hair, WASH HANDS, and wear food gloves. Greet freaking customers. Boom, done.
FOOD:
• Burgers are fine
• fries and onion rings are terrible. Always caked in grease. To the point it's just slimy strings of nasty.
I really want to see this turned around . It was really nice in the beginning and I'd hate to see it fail. Please bring attention to your store, management, and staff.
