They kept asking me to repeat my order, pulled me to a parking space when I was the ONLY car at the restaurant, didn't bring me all the food I paid for and what they did bring was clearly not made recently, so why was I pulled in the first place? Bad time, just go anywhere else

SLOOOWWWWWW. Drive thru was insane, the inside was even worse! The one employee would take an order, then turn his back to the line, like he was bagging food when he wasn't, he just stood there. Waited in line for close to 20 mins. Crazy! Not to mention the lobby was disgusting. Trash running over, tables nasty, bathrooms were horrible too. I'm going to need yall to get it together.

I would give 5 stars but then today I met the Manager Melinda. I find it absolutely disgusting that someone in a manager position doesn't know the difference in learning and team development or even building confidence and positive work environment then fear mongering for the only result to be speed. Melinda needs accountability and to learn how to speak to humans in general.

Ordered online came in they said they were out of biscuits?? That shift leader was helping make them. Waited 30 min for my food while listening to employees scream and I mean screaming at each other!!

This place is broke as hell. Ordered mobile and walked in to pick up, waited in lobby 40 minutes to get 3 biscuits and a hash brown.

I just went in for the first time and omg, where do I start. The problem in this store is the person in charge, everything trickles down from her attitude. When I asked her a question as she handed me the order she grinded her teeth because she was upset of me double checking my bag "that's what I Said" she repeated looking at me with such anger I felt intimidated.
She has a lot of stress I can see it but she needs to fix it otherwise she'll run the store to the ground. She talks to her staff like they're her slaves, one of the poor cashiers, just a kid, got yelled at as I was ordering "you don't hear me!" The lady incharged was upset at her in front of me, a customer. The workers seem so nice compared to her, it's like watching an anxious monster, I feel so bad for her but she needs to take care of herself and not take it out on the job.
The food was DILICIOUS though . Fresh everything and hot! Fries are awesome my kid liked them More than mds. But unfortunately there was no Ice in the soda machine and we were scared to ask. She would probably have a hard attack if we did, she needs help, she's stressed and it's a horrible ambiance. Might never stop again because we don't want to deal with this attitude. We bought a chicken sandwich combo and a 5.99 meal combo.
