I had the most pleasant experience today at Hardee's on Calhoun Memorial Highway Easley South Carolina my server was Ms Michelle she took on the task of a very complicated picky complicated order and nailed it superbly I recommend that she is recognized for her services great job Michelle thank you so much for our pleasant experience as well as the lady that prepared our meal thank you for being thorough in your preparation kitchen dining room area was spotless impeccable spot-on ladies thank you

Waited over 20 minutes for food and told they don’t know how to give a refund. Others have been waiting over 30 minutes for their food but the drive thru is moving fairly fast. Daphne is the manager this morning

The food was nasty. The manager on duty was extremely rude to her employees. She was yelling at them, she started out loud that she only does her job and thats it. We did not complain about our food because we didn't want her yelling at them more. We definitely won't be back to this location.

Ordered a monster burger at the drive thru, paid for that, got a single patty bacon burger, somebody needs to be retrained, guess i need to start going to burger king, and the fries were soggy threw most of them away. Very dissatisfied.

Today I went and ate their and the front counter lady Jennifer came out the bathroom and right up to the counter to take my orderr WITHOUT washing her hands ans processed to pack our food and then another one came it and he didnt wash his hands either smdh that is nasty she needs to start washing her hands before she touches anybody food

They kept asking me to repeat my order, pulled me to a parking space when I was the ONLY car at the restaurant, didn't bring me all the food I paid for and what they did bring was clearly not made recently, so why was I pulled in the first place? Bad time, just go anywhere else
SLOOOWWWWWW. Drive thru was insane, the inside was even worse! The one employee would take an order, then turn his back to the line, like he was bagging food when he wasn't, he just stood there. Waited in line for close to 20 mins. Crazy! Not to mention the lobby was disgusting. Trash running over, tables nasty, bathrooms were horrible too. I'm going to need yall to get it together.

I would give 5 stars but then today I met the Manager Melinda. I find it absolutely disgusting that someone in a manager position doesn't know the difference in learning and team development or even building confidence and positive work environment then fear mongering for the only result to be speed. Melinda needs accountability and to learn how to speak to humans in general.
