I came in around 2pm for breakfast because I haven't had pancakes in forever. I requested sugar free syrup as I'm a type 1 diabetic, unfortunately it was after my food was served the waitress (Alexis) discovered they were out. The manager went next door to a grocery store & got sugar free syrup. Alexis was outstanding & I appreciate the manger for accommodating me. My only complaint was my hashbrowns were cold (4 star) but they served up another hot order quickly....
Waited to sit, they told me 10 mins, 20 mins later (no seat) decided to just order take-out thru the app. The app. gave a approximate time and I waited out front! Went in to pick-up and it was not ready, that was fine. Waited another 15 minutes then asked for a manager to check and still nothing! They walk around that place aimlessly, no one has a clue where my order is? Manager was able to figure it out after a few attempts/total time there 70 mins for 1 order of take-out. Never...
