We love the atmosphere and all the employees attitude with us every time we show up

Kendra S was our waitress and she was great! She helped us decide between the pretzel and the mozzarella sticks and she didn’t turn us wrong! She was always on top of our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cheesesteaks are amazing!!! You have to get provolone and cooper cheese! Amazing combination! The service is by far the best! The managers are so super helpful and take pride in the place!

My first visit (in its original shopping center location) was kinda disappointing. So was my second. So was my first visit its new location at The Silos. That I went back for a fourth visit said more about my love of Philly Cheesesteaks than anything specific to Inkys.

But the food on my fourth visit (takeout after an exhausting day earlier this summer) was magic. A great cheesesteak is a simple thing (meat-bun-onions-peppers-cheese) that produces a singular experience. That fourth cheesesteak might have been a fluke, but it was everything I could have asked for in a sandwich. If my fifth visit lives up to the promise of the fourth, I'll add another star.

Killer cheese steak, big and meaty just the way you want it. I highly recommend this place. Silos has a cool atmosphere too, old silo buildings, great brewery, TVs, other stuff to eat here also.

Food is absolutely fabulous!!! Great service from staff and prices are good for what you get. We recently came back after more than a few months and our server remembered us from months ago when the last time we ate here!!! She was absolutely fabulous! Her name is Sara K and we'll keep coming back as long as you have people like her who make the experience great!! She was also running the bar plus serving tables so she absolutely amazing!!!!

Our food was overall very good! My husband ordered a Reuben that didn’t come with Thousand Island sauce initially, but our server brought it out quickly once we asked. Even with the sauce, it still felt like it was missing a little something. I had the Philly, and it was really delicious! The beer was cold and perfectly poured, which is always a plus.

It was a busy Friday night, but we had no wait to be seated, and our server was prompt and enthusiastic. The outdoor seating has a really nice atmosphere with a view of the Doodle Trail, and there was live music playing on the other side of the mill, which made for a fun vibe.
