I recently shot website content for Los Compadres and got to know the staff and got a behind the scenes look at the kitchen and menu items. The people are all so much fun and there really does seem to be a special community there that's been developed over decades. The menu is DEEP. I took pictures of 49(!) dishes, which is way more than I'm used to. They offer so many unique meals. I got to try the Tres Compadres, and I gotta say, it was better than I was expecting....
My son is special needs and we were like five minutes early and a lovely waitress realized he was special and let us step in a bit early. This kindness.meant.so much to me! We had vegetarian fajitas.and the best Chile relleno I have had in years. The salsa was exceptional. Just a pleasant experience here!
This restaurant used to be great but every order I have got in the last 6 months is terrible. The food is cold and never right. Sad to say because ate here at least once or twice a week!
