We decided to try this restaurant on the recommendation of my brother. We happen to be in Easley, and decided to stop for a late lunch. Apparently our ticket got misplaced in the kitchen, and our pizza wasn't cooked in the time that they thought it should. We hadn't even noticed. The manager came over and said that she took 10% off of our ticket for the inconvenience. Then the kitchen staff made us a huge order of cinnamon balls for that reason. They went above and beyond...
Great food, Great service! Our pizza came out with a small hole on one of the slices, and they remade the entire pie for us without any discussion, just because it wasn't to their standards.
I’m leaving a 3 star because I have eat here many times before but never been disappointed as I was tonight. I brought my wife and son because I’ve been bragging about the pizza and we got here it wasn’t packed so we got seated and 14 mins of watching many servers walk by one comes by and says I’ll be with you in a min.
