Today was my worst visit ever to this location I will not be coming back I ask for fresh chips as always and it’s no problem, but today the front staff was rude and gave me attitude towards me for wanting her to drain the extra Grease off the chips I was the only customer in the store, I will be staying with Tipsy Taco in in Easley sc

We visited the Easley Moe's location today for dinner and the manager attitude was worse. She doesn’t know how to talk with customers.

Charged me 11 dollars for 4 small peices of chicken and 6 small peices of steak. Called and the girl on the phone was rude telling me the 10 microscopic peices of meat was the serving size. Even after she was told it was for my service dog. I've eaten at this location since it opened and my food has always been the same. Do better!

Food was fine, like any other Moe's.
Service was not great. We placed an order online and once we got there (and checked in), we watched them skip over our order and help everyone in line first...even the people that showed up after us. We waited another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. Next time, we won't use the app.

I went to get my wife a Burrito there and she found not one but two long hairs! 😳Gross, how disgusting!!! 🤢 If you decide to eat there better check your food!!!

Ethan was running the front all by himself! Smiling, and enthusiastic! Great customer service and pleasing the whole crowd. He deserves a raise and “Moe helpers!”

I haven't eaten at a Moe's in years I didn't care much for the food but I tried it again a month ago and it was awesome the food was great and the staff was amazing so fast and kind

Came on national burrito day because it was advertised as BOGO burritos and bowls. I ordered a bowl and asked about the bogo and was told it was for burritos only and that my order wouldn’t qualify. I checked the poster on the way out and it did clearly say burritos and bowls. Disappointed with the uninformed staff and/or false advertising.
