Out of 7 pizzas this was the second pizza that tasted like spoiled or rotten food was on the pizza. Made me wonder if they used left over sauce mixed in with new sauce where the old sauce rotted. Female manager would not give me her name even though I trusted her enough to put food from her store in my body. This store has two sets of employees. One set making the best pizza in the upstate at any papa John’s and another set who act like they do not care and sell bad food. The best black olive on a pizza I ever ate was at this store. But two pizzas later I needed a refund because the pizza tasted like a bad ingredient was in the pizza and spoiled or rotted. Same thing this time. My first works pizza at this Easley store was the best I ever ate in 10 years of eating papa John’s world pizza in Greenville. But in the last 1 year of eating in Easley and 7 pizzas 2 were in need of unspoiled ingredients. They could kill someone with food poisoning if they are not careful.

Took an hour and half longer than what was in email when ordered. Then they sent a text saying it was delivered but was someone else’s order. Pizza was cold when arrived. Should have stuck with Merrels or Two bros. Decided after years to give it another shot and nothing has changed!

Terrible delivery service they lie and say tried to deliver it knocked on the door but nobody answered. When did they knock on the door I was outside sitting on the porch the whole time. I been waiting over a hour for it. Called up there then the manager said the driver is gonna bring it back out but it will be another 30 min no and discounts or sorry or anything. No customer service skills what so ever and terrible delivery.
