Terrible service. Older lady is always rude and tonight she took it to another level of nastiness. She messed up on my order and became very mad and argumentative when she was notified and after I requested that she remake my order. She was disrespectful and did not display any appreciation of her customer. We will never go back to this Easley location!

Fixed order incorrectly. Notified them and went back for them to remake the Chaka Bowl after calling to inform them of the error and the lady was extremely rude and nasty. We will never go back to this Easley location. This lady is always rude but tonight she was very agumentive disrespectful, and rude. Another employee witnessed the entire scene and was trying to politely remake the order. The rude employee would not stop arguing with me.

This is the second time trying this Poke Bros in Easley, and I WILL NOT RETURN! The owner/wife that owns and work the front counter is THE RUDEST PERSON I have encountered in many years.
I smile as I place my order and all I receive is a nasty look. I always wait patiently in line and I watch the joy that the other (white) customers receive, but when it comes to my order I get rushed. Today my food was made incorrectly. I corrected her and told her nicely how i wanted the food that i was paying for done correct, and she got mad and said “ i don’t remake food, but i will this one time. (My food would have been made correctly if she was paying attention to what she was doing instead of having another conversation with someone who was done with their order) On top of me not getting a bag with my food, but I have watched at least four customers leave with their food in a bag.
I normally tip very genuinely, but my first experience was so horrible, that i didn’t tip. I wanted to try and see if it was just a bad day for the owner, but the service was even worse. 0 out of 0 do not recommend !!
