there are very rude employees there and they deny having Sam Club membership to Walmart employees they are very scraggly have an odor I'm just rude all around I'm very disappointed with this and how they acted and behave especially the ones that customer service they are supposed to help people not be rude to them I had to go to a different Sam's Club just to get my membership I will never come in the store again

Had a complaint about the man named Kim at the door who made it a point to my husband to show our card. While my husband stepped to the side to get the card out of his wallet I stood and counted 7 people walk by and he not once opened his mouth to ask to see their card. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE IF YOU WANT IT TO BE RIGHT!!! I should have learned my lesson the FIRST time they messed up a cake order for me. But since my daughter wanted a unicorn cake and they have cute ones I thought I would give them one more shot. Go to pick up her cake and nothing is written on it. Tell the gentleman working he says oh I don’t know how to write on them and the person that can is on break. Never been so disappointed.

I had an accident last night, 12.14.18. I jumped a curb and blew the two drivers side tires on my car. I bought the tires at this Sam's Club so I had it towed there. This morning I I went I expecting to buy two new tires and even though they were on sale I still expected to pay quite a bit of money. This being the holiday season I didn't really have the money. Dale, Norris and Mary Jane did everything they could to get me back on the road. The found the the tires that I had

Shopping is great but don't go to the tire service place, all I needed was one tire the advertisement Cost read per tire they had four but he couldn't sell me one. false advertising needless to say I went right down the street to Good year in front of Wal Mart. The shopping center at Sam's is great but I would not recommend the tire service center.
