Great coffee, only reason I gave 4 and not 5 star is because sometimes they dont put the extra espresso shots i order in my coffee. Everyone knows how their coffee tastes!

Super unfriendly staff. Iāve been here several times and they just look at me when I walk In. I smile and say good morning and they just look up and keep doing what theyāre doing. Definitely not the Starbucks vibe thatās Starbucks is known for. Iāve been in here several times like I said itās always awkward going in so Iām probably not gonna be back.

Usually always have amazing service and drinks from here but today I went and this is what they handed me. Told me āitās because itās in a venti cup that it looks like thatā Yes, I know itās in a venti cup. Thatās what I paid for. Not for it to be half full. Got the same drink the other day and was full to the top as you can see the caramel on the lid (2nd pic, plus I had already drink some btw). I told her that and she said they mustāve put extra ice then to make it full. So now Iām just lost. Iām paying for icešgot it!

If I don't have time to fix my breakfast before work at 5:30 am, coffee and my favorite egg pesto breakfast sandwich are always hot and delicious. The young lady @ the drive thru is always kind no wait, she deserves a raise one Friday she was off and changed the whole experience. Other than that its a great place to eat.

I ordered a venti iced matcha with added syrups. The matcha had clumps and was not blended all the way through. I have received a matcha like that before and all I tasted was the bitter clumps of matcha with each sip. Imagine drinking an iced coffee with clumps of coffee grounds in it. I politely asked the girl at the drive thru to remake it because I knew it was going to be bad and it was not blended properly. She said no worries but proceeded to rush my drink and did not add my added syrups including the classic syrup that comes with the drink. I tasted it when I drove off and it tasted like milk and powder. Luckily I was passing another starbucks in powdersville, told them my experience, and they made it perfect the first time and gave it to me free of charge.
Go here often every other day often, staff are always welcoming and nice and I have gotten a wrong order ONCE. Not bad for a near year of visiting.
So morning crew is GREAT!!!!!! Very fast friendly and awesome.....afternoon crew 22 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH seriously????

I came through the drive-through and asked for some extra strawberry base, which I was happy to pay for. John, the manager responded quite rudely with a lie and said that they do not sell components of drinks separately. He stated that that was a corporate rule. He said it was a new rule that they implemented on Mondayā¦ total lie. I then called corporate who confirmed that they are allowed to sell components of drinks separately which I knew after going to a different Starbucks and having some base absolutely handed to me for free. This is the worst Starbucks and Iām so glad there are so many other options.

I just got a spiced Carmel apple drink I brought it out and the cap came off and spilled all over me make sure the covers are on tight please
