I ordered a venti iced matcha with added syrups. The matcha had clumps and was not blended all the way through. I have received a matcha like that before and all I tasted was the bitter clumps of matcha with each sip. Imagine drinking an iced coffee with clumps of coffee grounds in it. I politely asked the girl at the drive thru to remake it because I knew it was going to be bad and it was not blended properly. She said no worries but proceeded to rush my drink and did not add my added syrups including the classic syrup that comes with the drink. I tasted it when I drove off and it tasted like milk and powder. Luckily I was passing another starbucks in powdersville, told them my experience, and they made it perfect the first time and gave it to me free of charge.

I came through the drive-through and asked for some extra strawberry base, which I was happy to pay for. John, the manager responded quite rudely with a lie and said that they do not sell components of drinks separately. He stated that that was a corporate rule. He said it was a new rule that they implemented on Monday… total lie. I then called corporate who confirmed that they are allowed to sell components of drinks separately which I knew after going to a different Starbucks and having some base absolutely handed to me for free. This is the worst Starbucks and I’m so glad there are so many other options.

Trash cans were overflowing and the bakery items had gnats flying around. I saw gnats on the loaf cakes, that’s just gross. Tables need cleaning and there was trash on the floor. 3 people working while we were there on a Saturday at 5, not a one greeted us when we walked in and they were not busy. Saw an employee on his phone, he definitely could have emptied the trash cans, swept up mess on the floors or wiped down tables instead. Our drinks were fine, but we’ll be skipping this Starbucks in the future.
Chris that works the drive through is the absolute best!!! Super friendly very personable and always has a smile!! We do Starbucks every Sunday on our way to do the weekly shopping and every time we hear his voice we know we’re gonna get greeted with a smile! Employees like him are hard to find in today’s times, please give him a raise to show appreciation!

The Starbucks was understaffed. It took me about 10 minutes to get a drip coffee. I specifically asked for sugar and they gave me splenda. Understaffing these places only puts more pressure on the workers and it's a lot easier for them to make mistakes.

I order many mornings throughout the week at this location. The staff is always so sweet & personable. Yesterday I ordered my usual, but the machine was not working properly which then made my drink questionable. I called and explained the problem, I could not come back that morning to have it remade. I spoke to Collin on the phone who was very nice & honest about what happened, he then wrote me down to come back the next morning to have it remade! Not only did they give me a Venti, they gave me a gift card as well! They made sure I was well taken care of and satisfied. I love the early morning staff! 10/10!!!
