This location continues to exceed in customer service over the past few months. The employees are so helpful, friendly and have a nice appearance. The chicken pockets are addictive! If you haven’t tried them, it’s a must! Please don’t discontinue them!They definitely keep me coming back!Can’t wait to see Pistachio flavored drinks back on the menu soon!!They are my favorite!

12/5/2025 - Waited at front for pickup order for my birthday drink for 15 min with no acknowledgement and 6 workers on site walking around. Not even that busy. Then someone finally acknowledges me and they hand me my drink which has been sitting ready at the drive thru window the whole time. No apology or anything. Straight bad service for a Starbucks.

Insane that have to wait 25 minutes for a damn coffee while you see order coming out but not the one you asked minutes before. They should separate those orders ordered with the app from the orders in place. It's totally disrespectful for the client. Super unfriendly staff. I’ve been here several times and they just look at me when I walk In. I smile and say good morning and they just look up and keep doing what they’re doing. Definitely not the Starbucks vibe that’s Starbucks is known for. I’ve been in here several times like I said it’s always awkward going in so I’m probably not gonna be back.

Usually always have amazing service and drinks from here but today I went and this is what they handed me. Told me “it’s because it’s in a venti cup that it looks like that” Yes, I know it’s in a venti cup. That’s what I paid for. Not for it to be half full. Got the same drink the other day and was full to the top as you can see the caramel on the lid (2nd pic, plus I had already drink some btw). I told her that and she said they must’ve put extra ice then to make it full. So now I’m just lost. I’m paying for ice😄got it!

If I don't have time to fix my breakfast before work at 5:30 am, coffee and my favorite egg pesto breakfast sandwich are always hot and delicious. The young lady @ the drive thru is always kind no wait, she deserves a raise one Friday she was off and changed the whole experience. Other than that its a great place to eat.

I ordered a venti iced matcha with added syrups. The matcha had clumps and was not blended all the way through. I have received a matcha like that before and all I tasted was the bitter clumps of matcha with each sip. Imagine drinking an iced coffee with clumps of coffee grounds in it. I politely asked the girl at the drive thru to remake it because I knew it was going to be bad and it was not blended properly. She said no worries but proceeded to rush my drink and did not add my added syrups including the classic syrup that comes with the drink. I tasted it when I drove off and it tasted like milk and powder. Luckily I was passing another starbucks in powdersville, told them my experience, and they made it perfect the first time and gave it to me free of charge.
