Started off Mother’s Day with a dirty/Sticky floor by our table. Followed up with just okay food, chicken was definitely not today’s. Waitress didn’t seem that concerned when we told her. We most likely won’t be back

Okay food okay service. We went for date night craving some tacos the tacos are fusion which we thought would be fun but they’re just kinda lack luster. Service was super slow and it was dead in the restaurant. Overall the food is ok but you can probably skip this place.

Happy Hour here with a friend. Your cheese deep is awful. Please get something better.

I have only eaten at this particular Willy Taco in Easley, SC twice, the first time about a year ago maybe, in 2023 & that experience was pleasant. I was out with my family today Christmas shopping & pretty much insisted that we eat at the Willy Taco in Easley. This is the absolute first time that I have ever taken to go online and complain about how shitty my experience was with a restaurant. On Dec 22, 2024 at, or around 2-3:00, the following occurred: (I’m being kind & not going into detail) After being seated, we waited quite a while for service. Our waitress does not need to be working with the public in any way (again, I’m being kind) Waited an extremely long time for our food. Having to flag down our waitress for refills. Our food was finally served, except for my daughter’s. When finally served, it was cold & had a hair laying across it. No recourse from the server. She asked if I’d like for her to have the kitchen prepare another one. Well, hell yeah. As the family that was sitting next to us was leaving, they overheard me complaining about our service. They actually stopped & said that they were treated the same way & would not be back. I’ll sum this up by saying that this is the first time that I can ever remember not tipping anything, & I’m 52 years old. The waitress actually snatched an empty glass out of my hand.

The queso was like water. We all three had the cheeseburger taco. Small portion and overloaded with mustard. We frequent the other location and the difference is night and day. Not very satisfied with the food we were served at all.

We just discovered this restaurant. We’ve driven 20+ minutes out of our way just to eat there.
We’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t worthy of a 5-star review.

I have never seen a restaurant which is customer-empty, full of employees chatting, but unable to seat or feed customers. One hour later we paid $35 for a margarita that was 95-% ice and some chips with oxidized guacamole.

Very good overall experience both in store and take out. Menu is reasonably priced and the service is great. There tacos are unique and each is got its on creative experience so to speak, all flavors professional and there fries are great just the same. Definitely in going on top of the list for munch time, lunch or supper. Glad to have stopped by!
