Ordered through the drive-thru and received incorrect food. When I contacted the restaurant, the customer service representative, David, said he could not issue a refund over the phone and seemed annoyed that I was unhappy about having to drive back to the restaurant just to correct their mistake.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location has been poorly run for a long time, with no signs that long-standing issues are being addressed.
1. Your salads are usually very good. ——
It is not your fault on the local level that corporate removes our favorites (example: Blue Cheese Zalad, Asian Zalad,— or “chips” in unless you buy $24 worth). Yes - an entire tray.

Zaxby's has always been a reliable and good place to get drive thru in late evening until recently. The worst was last night, cold and I mean cold food and no slaw in finger plate and burnt toast
