MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG I ASKED FOR EXTRA MAYO AND I GOT NONE! I ASKED FOR EXTRA PICKLES AND GOT ONLY 3 ALSO ASKED FOR EXTRA OIL AND VINEGAR THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NONE NO SALT NO PEPPER AND NOT EVEN TOASTED LIKE I REQUESTED ONLINE! MY SUB WAS DRY AS COTTON!

I kid you not they just charged me 30$ for a sub . And him and the lady barely spoke English and when I asked why it was so much all he said was it’s the “deluxe” .

So the lady is giving 3 of each meat on a footlong cold cut trio. I tell her it's not the right amount of meat and suddenly she doesn't understand English. But you are taking my order and there is no language confusion until I request the right amount of meat. So they then add the right amount for a footling and charge $15.00. I feel for anybody getting a 6 in. What do they do 1 and 1/2 pieces of meat? I learned my lesson. Subway should not allow their customers to be treated this way.

Ordered my food on the app and it said pick up at this location, but when I got there they didn’t have my order ready and said they couldn’t make it since the receipt didn’t print. I tried to show them the receipt on the app and they refused to make my order. The manager rude & unprofessional.

Had I looked at the reviews I would jot have ordered here the young lady had a very nasty attitude when I was telling her what I wanted only to tell her the meat she was giving me I wanted double and I let her know that ..LOOK IM ONLY SAYING I WANT DOUBLE MEAT she looked shamed as she should have been after I set the tone to her unfriendly self she was okay afterwards but NO TIP..the tip is to be more friendly and not be so snobbish next time I will visit another establishment no matter what was just getting lunch after leaving the piggly wiggly..the subs were okay but very heavy handed with condiments...Hope she has a better day with this being the 1st day of a new year

Very very poor customer service! They don’t even fix subs properly! I wanted cheese sauce on my sub, was told no!! Then he finally did give me some and rung up my cheese sauce (A CONDIMENT) as cookies!! THEY ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE
