I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing experiences at this establishment.
The chicken was overcooked, with some pieces even burned. While that's better than undercooked, it still wasn't enjoyable. The gravy had spilled all over the box before I received my order, and no one made an effort to replace it. I also didn't receive the condiments I specifically requested, and the overall customer service was virtually nonexistent.

I eat at bojangles all across America and this location is the best so far puts the bojangles in my area to shame. Best biscuits.
