Disappointed…the beef and cheddars tasted like they had been sitting under a heating lamp for an hour or more. Bread had dried out on the bottom and almost no cheese.
Went through the drive thru at 12:25. Fries were cold, meat was room temp and bread was soggy.
This is the best Arby's in a truck stop anywhere. I always get great food and great service from Amanda, Ed and Chris. I've been coming here for a couple of years.
I feel like family. Because I'm treated that way.
After sitting in the drive-thru with no response a voice finally apologizes, says they are understaffed, and I have to come inside. Utter foolishness. Sorry Arby's, you have plenty of competition that can actually serve the public.
Came during the Memorial Day rush and was happily greeted immediately upon walking in. Fully staffed. Quick, hot and correct orders! 😋
The restaurant was so nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a plus that it's located in a Love's Truck Stop. Very clean bathrooms and a dog park to boot. Conviently located right off the interstate, with ample parking.
They do military discount
Would have given 5 stars across the board but the fluffy black dude ruined that! The young man that took our order was super friendly. The food was good once we got HOT FRIES! The fluffy guy gave us fries that had been cooked sometime that day and when my husband ask for hot fries, he took the cold ones and threw them in the garbage where they belonged and then had a few things to say under his breath! Maybe he likes COLD FRIES, but we paid for hot! He was the one just standing around talking to the lady from the gas station and not helping the other employees that were trying to work. Won’t waste time or money here again! Maybe Garners Ferry Rd. Arbys should teach y’all how it’s done right!!!
Love the curly fries!!!
We went to this location on Thanksgiving night. Lucas greeted us as soon as we walked in. He cheerfully took our order, and even brought our tray to our table. He asked if we needed anything else. All of the employees were cheerful and friendly. The Dining Room was clean, and Lucas was cleaning and stocking it during our visit. The food was very good. We were extremely pleased because most places don't seem to appreciate dine in customers these days, and most other places are so dirty we can't even dine in. This was an extremely good experience for us. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often. Kudos to Lucas and team!

Absolutely the worst. We normally get Arby's at the one on Two Notch to avoid this place but made the mistake today around six to try them again. We should have listened to the awful reviews.
We bought our meal to go and didn't know how bad it was until we opened the bag at home.
Both sandwiches were crushed and wrapped in the nastiest grease covered wrappers.
The sweet tea was unsweetened and had zero ice.
The requested horsey sauce was not in the bag
The poppers had no sauce.
My question is do you trust people that can't complete these simple tasks with proper cleaning and hygiene?
I certainly do not.
