Whoever taking order never came back to intercom to get order. Had us sitting at the drive thru intercom for a long time. Also, had cars behind us and they left too. Step your game up and have better customer service.

I came here to give a shout out to Mrs Ashley Gary! She showed AMAZING customer service tonight! I was just so thankful to come in contact with such a caring person at a fast food place, stopping after a long day at work. Also delivering all fresh, hot food! Arby’s needs to take care of her and make sure she never leaves!!
Food was good. Cashier was sweet but the people on the line were saying stuff like what is so great about this roast beef.
