Service at this restaurant has been terrible consistently. I almost never make a review but am making this one in hopes that a manager or owner will se sit and try to improve. Many times I’ve been pulled up for food and forgotten about. This is only one of many problems here. It’s sad because my family enjoys bojangles.

Used curb side that was a mistake I sat there for 20 minutes after my pick up time which would have been fine if my food wasnt just sitting inside getting cold. When the guy who was very nice came out he said sorry everyone is just sitting around like normal in there and I just noticed you were out here. My food was cold there was no ice left in my tea and I paid for extra sauces that I didnt recieve. Its hit or miss sometimes is great and then there are times like these

For a small order I ended up waiting right at 30 minutes for my food. Finally just parked and went inside to get it. Manager and employees yelling at each other and no help at the front is what came next. Got my food finally and the biscuit was doughy still. Bo rounds were floppy and terrible.

I ordered food they said it would be 5 mins it was more like 20 i went back to the drive through it still wasn’t ready my no berry biscuits were hard as a rock disgusting and old not to mention my sons Mac and cheese had sausage in it my son does not eat pork !!!!!

25 minute wait. Cajun filet, just meat and bun, slightly undercooked (We'll see if I end up sick!), no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Two chicken sandwiches so over cooked they were inedible. Borounds were good at least. 1st time my husband has ever taken anything back to a restaurant. I'm waiting for him to get home to see how it went. I'll update if necessary. Take the time to go to Blythewood. Their food will make you realize what a good Bojangles meal tastes like.

This was quality fast food restaurant when it first opened in Elgin. Now the food is hit or miss (mostly miss) and the service is slow.
Today I placed my order and they quickly took payment, gave me my drinks (with no straws) and asked me to park. I waited near 3 other customers waiting for their orders. I then waited for my $32 order for 33 minutes. I am not sure what the issue was but I do commend the young lady delivering the food to waiting customers. She was polite and apologized for the delay. If nothing else, whoever had biscuit duty, saved the day. Unfortunately, that will be my very last biscuit from this Bojangles.
