I ordered food they said it would be 5 mins it was more like 20 i went back to the drive through it still wasn’t ready my no berry biscuits were hard as a rock disgusting and old not to mention my sons Mac and cheese had sausage in it my son does not eat pork !!!!!

25 minute wait. Cajun filet, just meat and bun, slightly undercooked (We'll see if I end up sick!), no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Two chicken sandwiches so over cooked they were inedible. Borounds were good at least. 1st time my husband has ever taken anything back to a restaurant. I'm waiting for him to get home to see how it went. I'll update if necessary. Take the time to go to Blythewood. Their food will make you realize what a good Bojangles meal tastes like.

This was quality fast food restaurant when it first opened in Elgin. Now the food is hit or miss (mostly miss) and the service is slow.
Today I placed my order and they quickly took payment, gave me my drinks (with no straws) and asked me to park. I waited near 3 other customers waiting for their orders. I then waited for my $32 order for 33 minutes. I am not sure what the issue was but I do commend the young lady delivering the food to waiting customers. She was polite and apologized for the delay. If nothing else, whoever had biscuit duty, saved the day. Unfortunately, that will be my very last biscuit from this Bojangles.

I understand how it might take a while to get your food in the drive-thru. But after 35 minutes of waiting we eventually got our food and the thing is it wasn’t even a large order it was 1 meal and we had to wait for 35 minutes. I don’t know if it was just the people on shift but I find that insane.
As usual this place sucks. Gotta wait 10 min. For somebody to take your order inside. Gotta wait another 10 to 20 min to get your food. Employees are slow no work ethic. Food sucks 9 times out of 10. Last week no fries ac not working computers not working. This week I walked in dude cleaning biscuit area with some kind of cleaner than uses same on over doors with same rag. Than cleans biscuit counter again with the same rag and cleaner. Place is terrible. Should have left the bojangles in the iga cross the street it was much better

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews on fast food restaurants because I expect for the quality to be low however, this was beyond low. I am pretty sure they served me food from yesterday or something. My pie was ICE COLD, my fries AND tenders were hard as a rock in addition to also being cold. Do not waste your money here. Just terrible.

I went to Bojangles and Elgin this morning on my way to work.And apparently they have a new system in the drive through.Where it's 100% automated.Because I didn't speak to an actual person. The system kept asking me if I want to buy other stuff But it. Missed half the stuff that I did order.

I had a disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. The service was extremely slow, which made the wait frustrating. When I finally got my food, the fries were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. While the rest of the food wasn’t cold, the overall quality and experience were underwhelming. Definitely not what I expect from Bojangles.
