I went to Bojangles and Elgin this morning on my way to work.And apparently they have a new system in the drive through.Where it's 100% automated.Because I didn't speak to an actual person. The system kept asking me if I want to buy other stuff But it. Missed half the stuff that I did order.

I had a disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. The service was extremely slow, which made the wait frustrating. When I finally got my food, the fries were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. While the rest of the food wasn’t cold, the overall quality and experience were underwhelming. Definitely not what I expect from Bojangles.

I just left there where I was told I couldn't order thru the drive thru I had to come inside to order. I came inside where I was ignored by multiple employees included the young man who came up to the register where I was waiting to order and he completely ignored me when I asked him if he was ready for my order and he turned back around and walked off. I will never be back!!

My boyfriend went in this morning after realizing our sauce wasn't in the bag. After going in the lady at the counter sent him back out to the car to check the bag AGAIN, saying that she put the honey mustard in the bag. Sure enough, it didn't magically appear. After wasting all that time she finally gave him the honey mustard. Its okay to forget things but to waste everyone's time instead of just saying whoops here's that honey mustard is ridiculous.

I only use the drive-thru they are pretty friendly and quick once in a while it can get backed up, but that's gonna happen. I will say the drive-thru lane does seem a bit dirty. I know it's outdoors, so I understand, but running a hose over it would probably suffice to remove ild food that's been dropped.

So disappointed in management. I ordered chicken supremes at 0728. I arrived at the window at 0736. They asked me to pull up and I asked them what were they holding on? They said they were just dropping my supreme. SMH!! I informed the time I placed the order and the time I’ve waited in line 9mins and they were just dropping the supremes, why? The manager came to the window and said she was sorry; I could pull up , or get a refund. If the food was for me I would have requested a refund but it was for my 11 yr old son. I waited from 0728 the time I placed my order until 0744 and I still had to go back inside the store and wait because they forgot to put my dipping sauce inside the box and they short me a supreme which I didn’t even address SMH. For me if I have to wait just have everything fresh and the order correct. You can’t have someone waiting and screw up the order. The fries were too salty

Food is RARLEY fresh, I went here one time when they just started lunch and got fresh wings besides that all the other 10x I went, fries were hard and cold and chicken wings were old, chicken tenders were hard and old. They need to do better, throw the food out if it sits there to long then serving it! Just got hard biscuits for breakfast, went last week and chicken wings were OLD! Worst bojangles you can go too. Management needs to do better!

Can tell they don’t change out the fryer grease like they are supposed to. You can taste it in the food.
Ordered the two thighs & leg meal. Saturday, they are out of thighs, they gave me two legs and a small chicken wing, not equivalent. Fries were cold and about 6 fries, the little container with Cole slaw was half full. Not worth the money.

I placed an online order after a long 16 hr shift so I didn’t have to wait for my food. My order was to be ready by 8:16 . When I arrived I seen the workers inside emptying trash and cleaning. I then noticed the cashier looked in my direction as I was parked at curbside pickup. I watched her grab my ticket and go to the back to prepare my order. I went inside and ask for the manager ,explaining this was unacceptable and they have no cars in drive through and only one customer inside. She tells me they are out of the side I ordered and I need to pick something else. I told her I just wanted a refund and she said she couldn’t do that. The website didn’t state they were out of what I ordered . There was absolutely no reason my order shouldn’t have been ready . The manager had me write my name and number down stating her manager would have to do the refund. It’s now 9:47 pm and still no refund. . The Elgin location is the worst Bo i have ever been to. Always takes forever or there out of something. The food isn’t always fresh.I stopped dining in because the dining area isn’t clean. I will not visit this establishment again. I left with no food and have yet to receive my refund.
