Literally every day at 6am, the system is either down or they’re only taking cash orders or no orders at all, Whoever is the owner please understand your morning workers are robbing you. Each morning between 6am to 6:30 am the cars are lined up & getting turned away I will be back to attach a video next time. This place opens at 5am they’re standing in there doing nothing every morning this Bojangles is on my work route. Don’t waste your time! Take your money to another place.

I spent over $30 for an 8 pc combo with bo rounds. The bo rounds were fried in old grease, and I waited 15 minutes for them to cook bo rounds. I don't want free food. I want my money back. You have 2 restaurants in Elgin Spearscreek & Main St. And they are both horrible, and I'm over it.You should have stayed in IGA because it was better.

I got the major scuds from this location! How i know this it was the only thing i ate that my family didn’t! I was so sick Sunday after eating the chicken sandwich combo! Bubble guts for 5 days straight!

I ordered a bo chicken sandwich plain meal and they gave me a Cajun biscuit and then when they corrected themselves all they did was take that same Cajun fillet meat and put it in between a bun and kept it in the Cajun fillet

I'm pretty new to this community, and Bojangles is literally the only chain restaurant for miles. I've eaten there three times in the last month due to convenience. The food is either fried too hard, lukewarm, or just not up to standard. Last night I was asked to pull forward as they were waiting for the product to finish cooking. Ok, no problem... until they forgot I was waiting. I understand there's no such thing as a "perfect" restaurant, but I do expect better than I'm getting from this location.

I have ate here plenty of times because it’s quick and I have children. This is the last time. The food is always overcooked, unseasoned and fried in old grease. I have complained numerous of times and the manager is nice and is willing to fix my order but omgg let’s pull it together here. A cook needs to come from one of the locations in the city and show the worker exactly how to fry chicken. This is ridiculous. Is management not reading the reviews? Everyone is complaining about overcooked food and old grease. Yet it’s still happening. This is not how fried anything is suppose to taste! At this point corporate needs to be contacted.

There is a manager up there by the name of Stephanie adams and every time I go there the food is perfect I am always in an out with good speed and you can tell she truly cares about her customers and making sure they are happy b4 they leave......please give her a raise and hire more like
