Went around 12:15 and ordered a 5 pc tender combo with fries and sweet tea. I paid $14.60 but was given a 3 pc combo that is $5 cheaper. I tried calling and it would just ring and ring and nobody answered.

I went thru drive thru 7:45pm Tuesday (tonight) Just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Got it home and it was a cold fried chicken sandwich. Brought it back and wa told it would be 8 minutes. 15 minutes later im still sitting here waiting for my sandwich! Horrible service!

Visited at 12:30 on a Saturday no cars in line and was greeted quickly via AI, out of cheerwine, fries and chicken overcooked. Employees taking turns going out back to smoke mary jane. Weekday Breakfast is a completely different experience, much better.

I gave this location a second try and was still disappointed. It's drive thru only with an AI Bot to take orders. They forgot to give me a sauce and the drink was prepped so far in advance that the ice melted and it was watered down. I won't be going back.

I only come by in the morning so I can’t speak for the rest of the day but I’ve never had an issue. They are super fast and friendly. I’ve never waited longer than 2-5 mins for a biscuit. Which compared to Elgin is a miracle!

Came at 5 o'clock am September 3 because I was hungry manager was outside. Had the drive-through blocked and told me they wouldn't be open till six with an attitude. I think that's ridiculous.
Terrible terrible service had me to pull up after i already paid so i had to waited 30 minutes then she came out the back door to tell me she forgot order had me to pull around again to order again so I ask her what did I paid for she had no clue 🙃 never again will I ever go there and also they had rap music blasting loud thats why can't remember what I order

I ordered a blueberry sausage biscuit combo. They gave me my drink and bo rounds and they gave me one biscuit with no sausage on it in a container and said that’s what we paid for and she would not give us our receipt. so we had to go down to the one on Clemson Road just to order me a blueberry sausage biscuit
